“My partner has undergone 2 operations at the Spire this year, one NHS and one private. The care he received was equally excellent both times. I saw a notice for private GP appointments on one visit. I have been unable to get an answer on the phone, nor access the e consult for weeks at my surgery. We are not allowed to visit the surgery to make an appointment. In desperation I phoned the Spire, made an appointment to see a GP. I have seen Dr Coogan twice, had extensive blood tests, had all my questions answered and given advice to follow up. I could talk to him, felt very much at ease and do not regret one penny. This is what I will do in future, he is fantastic. I am lucky that I can afford to pay for a certain amount of treatment, and I shouldn't have to do this. But I am 78. It is quality of life, and worth every penny.”

“I have just become a patient of Alderley Edge Dental practice. I had a very complex front tooth crown replacement of a very old crown. Julian Leiner-Parry put me at my ease straight away and he went to great lengths to preserve the tooth, after I had been told at another practice that it would have to come out. I can highly recommend Julian and I thank him very much for what he has done. Thanks also to his very efficient and kind dental nurse Katie.”

Help from the start with type of appointment whether it be phone consultation or f2f, never have to wait more than a few days for a face to face appointment and never feel rushed when talking to the doctor. “Woodcroft Vets in Handforth have been amazing since day one for our Romanian rescue. They offered us regular social visits (at no additional cost to the yearly payment) so he could get used to the environment and the staff on hand, and seeing him develop relationships has really helped him settle. The times we have had to call for assistance, the staff have been knowledgeable and helped us where required. A particular mention to Alex, who has been unbelievable in her support, care, advice and assistance throughout the first year of Carlo’s time with Woodcroft. If it wasn’t for her guidance, we would have had much more difficulty with finding the right fit for Carlo. Lastly, the pricing for the vets is very good, especially if you take out the yearly plan, which has a lot of essentials that individually would have been more costly. We can’t recommend them enough, and thanks as always for your help and support!”

“I can wholeheartedly recommend Soothe Children's Clinic. Both our boys have had issues with hearing, speech, and behavioral problems. They were both treated at Soothe and we were so happy to see incredible changes in both our boy's - relief from physical pain, development in hearing and speech, and improvements in their emotional wellbeing. Initially, we weren't sure whether the boys would behave, during the treatments, but with expert help they were made to feel comfortable & relaxed. Overall we were very happy with all aspects of the treatment & service.”
