"Staff responded to my online appointment query and made it easy to book an appointment with many options available to me (I highly value this as I work on a rota and therefore struggle to get to appointments if there aren't many options available). The vet I saw has done all of my dog's vaccinations, I value this continuity. She gave him a health check and was very helpful when I asked questions about neutering and the male castration implant, giving me details about the best time to do this for my dog (based on breed knowledge), her professional experience with the implant, the procedure and what information I would need when booking an appointment."
