"I was very please with the service. I got a referral from my vet and a call later that same day. The specialist I saw answer all my questions thoroughly while standing outside in a drizzly car park. I was not rushed and he made sure I understood all the options and treatments. They provided a very quick and professional service during a pandemic. They were quicker to get in contact and sort my pets health than the NHS was in contacting me regarding mine. I highly recommend their services."

"Where to start? Exactly a week ago I was fearful for my beloved dogs survival. A miniature dachshund had quite quickly lost the use of front and hind leg on one side. The staff were fantastic in bringing forward our appointment to see Charlie on Wednesday night to make a plan for the next day. Dropping Wilbur in was one of the hardest things in recent memory. An anaesthetic, MRI and then cervical disc removal all followed in rapid sequence. 5 hard days of separation followed but the nursing updates were reliable and fantastic updates. It was clear they were the best surrogates he could have. It's still early days but Wilbur is progressing really well and we are just do thankful to Charlie and his amazing team!! They are just as amazing as SuoerVet- just without the TV cameras! Thank you all R, A and Wilbur."
