"Great surgery. The only downside is there's no dedicated parking & its on a busy stretch of road so parking can be difficult."

"Terrible staff members. I called to book my rescue cat in for a health check. The young lad who answered the phone was so rude, he was huffing and puffing throughout the phone call. He was snappy with me and then in the end he hung up on me. I later called back to remove our other pets of their database, unfortunately the young rude lad answered again, he was sarcastic throughout the call and no apology was given, instead he hung up on me again. I have emailed the manager, and I will keep calling until I get to speak to a manager. He should not be working as a receptionist if he doesn’t have any communication skills."

"Cant get better. We got and old rescue dog 4 years ago they where great with her. Unfortunately last week she went for her final sleep the staff couldn't have been any better gave us all the time we needed with her both before and after the care and attention to both our little girl and ourselves will not be forgotten. Thank you."
