Unfortunately last week she went for her final sleep the staff couldn't have been any better gave us all the time we needed with her both before and after the care and attention to both our little girl and ourselves will not be forgotten. “Willow came to My Pets Vets for her spay operation in March 2022. When we went to collect her she had a large bleed and had to be rushed back in. Willow had to stay overnight, and we collected her in the morning without issue. Throughout the time Willow spent at My Pets Vets they were in constant regular contact with us, keeping us updated and alleviating any concerns. When Willow had her bleed the receptionist and the vet dropped everything to ensure that she was okay, and it's really nice to know that you are leaving your pet in the hands of people who truly care. Changing our vet to My Pets Vets is one of the best decisions we've made in a long time. The helpfulness of everyone at the surgery, as well as the use of their app, has made the whole process of taking our pet to the vet a lot easier than we ever imagined.”

“Took my rabbit here to be neutered. The vet was lovely, explained the risks and all. Just a slightly negative experience with the receptionist as she mixed up the date of my appointment but still gave 5⭐️ as Tofu was fine after the procedure (was nervous abt it since rabbits are extremely fragile and could die from this).”

“Woodcroft Vets in Handforth have been amazing since day one for our Romanian rescue. They offered us regular social visits (at no additional cost to the yearly payment) so he could get used to the environment and the staff on hand, and seeing him develop relationships has really helped him settle. The times we have had to call for assistance, the staff have been knowledgeable and helped us where required. A particular mention to Alex, who has been unbelievable in her support, care, advice and assistance throughout the first year of Carlo’s time with Woodcroft. If it wasn’t for her guidance, we would have had much more difficulty with finding the right fit for Carlo. Lastly, the pricing for the vets is very good, especially if you take out the yearly plan, which has a lot of essentials that individually would have been more costly. We can’t recommend them enough, and thanks as always for your help and support!”

“Lovely staff, highly recommended they go above and beyond to give your horse medical attention and my mares needs had been met, after her scope, and scan I asked if they could take 2 of her wolf teeth out and with no hesitations, they did it thankyou constables vets .”

“We have only used Pennine vets, at Tottington, over the last couple of weeks, for our cats, but We’ve been very impressed with the service we have received. Our cats have needed routine check ups and emergency treatment for one of them, during this short period, and can’t fault the professionalism, care, understanding and efficiency of all the staff, including the receptionists, nurses and the Vets. I don’t tend to leave reviews often, but when it’s deserved, I feel it’s right that you tell others of your experience. “Good established cattery and kennel's. Always straight forward to book in and collect pets. Our cats always seem healthy and happy when collected and if you collect as they open you don't get charged for that day.would highly recommend this establishment.”

She was lovely and took my details, made it feel important and was positive about her coming home. She has! “John was the vet for my elderly dog a few years ago and was amazing - The concern, support and advice regarding my dog was above and beyond - nothing was too much trouble, including answering the phone and seeing my dog at any time, any day (24/7) unfortunately my pet was put to sleep - Again John was fantastic and nothing was too much trouble in relation to the information, advice and guidance he provided me with, and ensuring my wishes were followed. This was 8-9 years ago and I decided to get a kitten in 2020 - Unfortunately it already had a package with a well known big company...Huge mistake!! They were terrible once the package ran out! And only money orientated and not interested in my animal. Unfortunately my now cat obtained a wound a week ago which needed urgent treatment and I was unsure what to do....I contacted John, he answered immediately and had my my cat in and sorted on the same day (after hours and in his own time due to my working hours). The aftercare he has provided me and my cat with remains above and beyond, including regular checking up on my cat and answering questions/providing information 24/7 (most of which is in his own time!) GREAT VET WHO IS FOCUSED ON TREATING THE ANIMAL AND NOT THE MONEY!! Personally - It's nice to find someone in this day and age who is NOT interested in ripping the customer off!!”

“I honestly can’t recommend these vets enough. My dog is already registered here & I have nothing but an amazing experience every time they have dealt with my dog. I have so much trust & faith in them. Today they helped me with an injured wild rabbit, the receptionists / vet nurses were so lovely, kind and helpful to me and the rabbit. “Jess on reception and Charlotte the vet were absolutely brilliant. We also spoke to a vet nurse as part of our visit who was equally very helpful. We were 300 miles from home and had an emergency with our pet. We were extremely impressed with everything about Holly House Vet practice. “Our dog required post-operative follow up as he had an operation before we headed to the Peak District on holiday. Although we were not clients and don't live in the area, the staff were so accommodating and friendly. They gave us really compassionate and friendly care, our dog was incredibly well looked after and we were so grateful to have such wonderful support as we were worried about his wounds.
