"My dwarf hamster had a prolapsed cheek. As it was a Sunday my normal vets was closed so this practice was suggested. I rang the vets and explained the issue. They asked me to send a video. Once the video was sent I received a response within ten minutes. We went straight down and only waited a few minutes to be seen. Unfortunately we had to have her put to sleep. The vet and reception staff were warm and friendly. Would use these vets again in an emergency"

"The staff were excellent from the first contact by phone to leaving the practice. They were helpful, respectful and explained our options in a courteous manner . Our trip unfortunately didn’t have a happy ending but we were satisfied the course of action taken was in the best interests of our much loved Dog . Thanks once again to all concerned"

"Do the best you can to avoid this place! The reception staff have no people skills or customer service. You're just a number there, and because after 2 hours of waiting and the place being very quiet, I had the audacity to ask for an estimated time until a vet get to see my dog that was crying in pain, I was called rude by one of the receptionists. All of them can really benefit by some hours of retraining, after all we are paying customers, we're not asking for favours. In the end, my dog has been seen by a veterinary nurse and prescribed treatment. This lady was really knowledgeable, pleasant and professional, but I paid the full price and I expected to see a vet, is this even legal? After all, I wasn't there because I had nothing better to do on a Saturday afternoon until evening, I was there because my dog was in pain and nobody didn't care, they said is not a serious case - in an empty, quiet place that really makes sense. Hopefully, my dog would never need to go to a hospital again, but if necessary I will do everything in my power to avoid Petmedics."

"Our dog was really unwell when I called them early in the morning to arrange an emergency appointment. I’ve got it straight away. All the staff were very helpful and friendly especially the doctor. She did a proper treatment and was very patient with us. I want to say thank you to them again. Highly recommended"

"Took my little westie after she had deteriorated over the weekend we could not get an appointment at the local vets but they recommended the pet medic at Worsley as it was a 24 hour emergency Our family pet was 16 and a nervous dog especially when at a vets I rang up and registered and then we went straight away upon arrival we were acknowledged promptly and sat in a quite area, our little dog was getting stressed and she was very poorly, even though we had been sat a short while the receptionist approached us to say she was fast tracking our little dog as she could see she was getting stressed We saw a lovely vet called Olga who treated our little dog with kindness and was gentle we knew it was time to let her go and despite this my partner and I were in bits and so upset but Olga was so kind ,we took our dog wrapped in her blanket into a quite room sat on a sofa whilst she went to sleep it was very quick and peaceful, seeing how upset we were Olga asked if we would like to sit and hold our fur baby a while. A few days later we received a lovely card with a paw print and a condolence note from the team at Pet Medic We have today picked up our little buddy’s ashes and again the girl on reception was very respectful and gentle when handing our little dog to us. I am sorry we didn’t get the names of the two girls on both occasions We are heartbroken on having to let our little dog go but the experience we received from the year at Pet Medic was outstanding and meant a great deal to us Thank you all"
