The vet we saw was Ann Mea and is our choice of vet to see where every possible, but we are happy with any of the vets at the practice. “Attended here with Audrey my cat who had an ingrown dewclaw. Getting an appointment and advised over the phone was easy, on arrival the premises was clean and nice. Vet was lovely and solved the problem in 2 minutes without stressing my cat. The receptionist was fantastic polite and only charged a nominal fee as I hadn't taken up a full consultation. Great vets, my family have used for all there pets and will continue to use for mine”

“We took my sister and her cat here recently and we were all very impressed. The reception staff were very helpful and the vet was thorough, efficient and friendly. She explained Lucy's condition clearly. Blood was taken and tested on site with results in half an hour. A fantastic service for people with pets that can't afford expensive vet fees.”

“A very friendly, knowledgeable and accessible practice. My dog was treated so gently and kindly, I was worried he was going to be afraid but he loved the vet (Christian) and the tiny treats he was rewarded with. This bit is important (especially if you have a busy life!)! It’s a super easy booking in process, just register your preferred appointment time online (in my case out of hours the night before) which is then confirmed the following morning. It’s very near Tatton park and Knutsford town centre, and has a small car park which is very easy if you have a pushchair or wheelchair. 100% recommended!”

The continuity of care is a massive bonus too, always the same friendly faces at every visit rather than a different vet every time you go like at some clinics. After a recent bad experience elsewhere, it was lovely to see Tia giving Lauren kisses whilst at the same time having her nails clipped. I would recommend the shop to anyone, particularly first puppy parents like us. They make it really easy to order food for Denver and have said that anything we needed that wasn't available could be ordered and collected from the shop.”

“Superb service, we were delayed due to an emergency with another doggo but despite this and several distractions (that made our eyes roll) Lauren remained so professional throughout, we were almost in tears with the previous owners and their doggo but everyone at White Cross stayed calm, professional and reassuring. Our pup can get very anxious at the vets but he left wagging his tail and saying hi to all the other pups. Definitely highly recommend!!”
