"First time I took my kitten there the vet went to give her vaccine but couldn't do it properly and had to do it a second time as the kitten recoiled. Second time I had my family take my kitten for her second vaccine and nail trimming except this time not only was the INCORRECT vaccine given but her nails were not trimmed properly with some not being trimmed at all. I'll be escalating this due to the wrong vaccine, an abysmal amount of effort when working with my kitten and the potential damages caused. Front desk are nice and people who answer the phone but the nurse who worked with my kitten needs to lose her job or at the very minimum be drug tested."
