“My son had a wonderful time at his 7th birthday party here on Sunday 3rd September. It was extremely well organised and fun for the children. The team took care of almost everything which meant that I could really relax. My son absolutely loved the party. He wants me to mention here that he rates the party five stars because of the amazing activities. He chose a pirates theme and particularly enjoyed the tug of war. Thank you to the team at Windmill studios for such a memorable birthday party. I can highly recommend this venue!”

“I first used Olive Health & Travel Clinic back in the early days of covid. I used them for my daughters and I Fit to Fly tests. We received a professional and courteous service. I used them again recently for my Day 2 and again the same professional and speedy service. I really do recommend them, they're prompt and precise. Always nice women in that place. Can't fault them at all. I've used other places inbetween that haven't been as nice or efficient. Think I will stick to them from now on.”

“They provide a nice hardcourt (just a normal wooden basketball or volleyball clue) suitable for indoor frisbee with good air conditioning and heating especially in the winter. The artificial grass and natural grass pitches are well maintained! To finish it off staff are friendly and helpful.”

“The gym at Sandown was fully refurbished in January 2018, and is fully kitted out with state-of-the-art Technogym equipment. Using their Wellness system, you are able to monitor your progress in and out of the gym, as well as help tailor your fitness programme to suit you. They have a whole range of equipment, including Kinesis Cable machines, a Skill Mill, a Ski Erg and an Assault Bike. Selected machines have screens where you can choose a variety of apps to use whilst you exercise. They also have a full suite of resistance training equipment and a well-styled free weights room with Olympic weights.They house Esher’s first and only dedicated Functional Fitness Studio. Their team of personal trainers will use their extensive knowledge to create a fitness experience that can offer sound advice along with functional equipment, helping clients of all ages to improve their fitness and general well-being, and even putting the fun back into fitness!”

“Love this heated outdoor pool. They use a different water treatment to chlorine so it’s kinder in your eyes. Very old fashioned, no lockers, but wire baskets for your clothes, like it! Have swimming stuff for sale and a gym, tennis courts, free parking and good value!”

“Swimming pool is warmer than other pools in the area and not too busy. The sports halls are large and everywhere is accessible. Good staff, good facilities, large parking, not overbooked.”

“I've recently joined The Club At County Hall and it was a superb idea. The team is warm and friendly and the facilities well kept. I mainly use the swimming pool which is fantastic seeing the size. I'd recommend the Club to anyone. I love that it's within a luxurious hotel since the hospitality is felt the minute your enter the doors. Keep up the good work!”

“A beautiful institution set in some well maintained open green spaces, nice views of Sudbury and Horseden Hill to the North. The exhibition inside is we worth spending an hour for and the cafe is basic but good for a quick bevvie.”

“The Subud Hall is a superb venue to hire. It has the perfect floor for Ballet classes, and it is always clean, tidy and warm with added boosters for those extra cold days in the Winter. It is a very attractive hall with with "State of the Arts" lighting for all occassions. A well designed kitchen, a large disabled toilet with Baby changing facility. Upstairs there is a smaller hall also well maintained. Plus 2 toilets. All with the added benifit of a car park adjacent to the hall and another just opposite. Thoroughly recommended.”

“I take my disabled client here to play cricket with other disabled people. The coaches are very good at motivating the groups to get involved in the activities. I have not experienced any other activity that they have apart from cricket.”

“It's a great place: open to anyone, just come in and hang out, eat something in the very cheap cafe, meet your friends. Staff are friendly and helpful. Also, lots of activities going on. Great dance class today Thursday at 10.30: Belly Dance for women! Keep fit with dance and have fun.”

“In all honesty, PROMIS saved my life. I went to Hay Farm as a complete ball of fear, I was absolutely terrified of everything - including my own shadow. I fought countless of times with the therapists, trying to tell them that I knew best and that my way was right. However, hitting rock bottom took me to a place that I never want to go back to again. I was finally able to see that my eating disorder was not my best friend, but something that wanted to kill me. Desperation enabled me to finally listen to them, and from that moment, I put my faith in them and trusted them literally with my life. I was so incredibly lucky that they never gave up hope and they believed in me even when I didn't believe in myself. Their persistence and care, as well as their guidance, was everything I needed to get my feet back on the ground. They helped me push past the most uncomfortable feelings - they made me see that there was actually light at the end of the tunnel for the first time! I cannot thank the team enough for what they have done for me. My focal counsellors changed my life and will never forget them. I was also fortunate enough to also get the opportunity to progress onto Kendrick Mews for secondary treatment. Here, I learnt the skills to live my life to the fullest of my capability and learn how to assert myself in ways I hadn't known before. I was able to grow into the person I am today. The facilities at both clinics are impeccable. The chefs made the most delicious food, and I never thought that it would ever be possible to enjoy food. The house keepers were so friendly and did anything to make me feel at ease whilst being in treatment. The nursing staff were super lovely and kind - they always did everything to make me feel more comfortable. And of course I cannot forget the admissions team and the therapists. They did everything in their power in order to help me. I will always have a special place in my heart for them all, they will never know how much they mean to me. I truly believe that there is no other clinic like The PROMIS. They go the extra mile! I went into PROMIS as a fragile girl, but came out as a strong woman.”

“We were lucky enough to have afternoon tea here and it was utterly brilliant. The staff were super friendly and the service was great - there was a great selection of sandwiches, pastries, scones, cakes and puddings and we were thoroughly stuffed afterwards. The food was all absolutely delicious. Highly recommended!”

“The hotel went out of their way to change my mind. My first impression was not great, luckily my second was nothing like it. Staff were super friendly and pro-active. The room was quite something, well designed, a little dark but very interesting and well stocked. The amenities were very good. The whole experience was comfortable and effortless, the rooftop pool a little cold but what can you expect this time of year with the insane winds. Tasty cocktails on the roof with a great view and a very well rounded buffet breakfast.”

“I moved into this property quite recently and Sam and the other staff have been absolutely amazing in helping me move in and making it a smoother process for me. All questions I had or if something that needed to be fixed was addressed very quickly and sorted at the earliest. It has been an absolutely pleasant experience so far.”
