“Dr Parvez has been my family doctor for a number of years, and we could not have wished for a more caring doctor. He has helped take care of my elderly grandparents and they are extremely grateful for the kind and caring way they have been treated over the years. It is always easy to get an appointment at the surgery and all staff treat the patients with great care. I would recommend this surgery to all, Dr Parvez is the best GP we have ever had.”

“If you don't mind, I'll start my review backwards. First of all, I would like to express my gratitude with a huge thank you to the surgery management who was top ten with my situation. Was a single phone call, enough to have a concerned team giving me medical assistance. So again THANK YOU so much. Normal the situation, yes without a doubt, but let me tell you: 1. This wasn't my GP. 2. Nothing more, nothing less was asked to a surgery doctor then advise to put me in the right direction for assistance. 3. This had been done by a relative (not by myself) at the end of his telephone consultation. 4. The doctor's care and concern was then tireless, not stopping until I was given assistance. With this, I received medical assistance in your surgery, which today is my GP as it could not fail to be. Apart from the telephone call at 11:30, at 03:00 pm was being answered, cared for and medicated. I had been trying for more than 4 months to make an appointment, both at my doctor and in a hospital, never being seen as an urgent case. Today I am aware and I know what had happened to me; insect bite slowly caused me a blood poisoning... maybe today I wasn't doing this review if I wasn't lucky enough to find this wonderful and efficient team that I found in St. Johns Way Medical Centre. Without a doubt I just have to say that I don't know any surgery with such excellent care and medical assistance and I know a lot due to my line of work. I’m blessed by being patient at St Johns Medical Center. You are the best!! Thank you for everything you have done for my well-being. Again a big THANK YOU for your good work. Ana”

“I had been registered with them for years and have never had any issues booking appointments. You have to ring first thing in the morning for appointments. Due to COVID, they had been offering telephone appointments and these days offer both face to face and over the phone to suit patients needs. Competent doctors and ladies at the reception are very friendly.”

“Just had a vasectomy done here yesterday - everything was very smooth. The clinic was pretty barebones as they're still settling in it seems but the registration/nurses are mega friendly & just fun to chat with, the doctor was clearly a pro too - the healing seems to be going perfectly well so far. At least for vasectomies - highly recommended!”

“I’ve come here to collect a few prescriptions - I’ve always found a short queue, and they message to say when the prescription is ready. Last week I dropped in to collect a parcel and asked if they had my prescription - they didn’t, but were happy to make it up if I could wait 5 minutes.”

“Brilliant, can't fault at all! I have been here twice over the last couple of months for a rapid antigen test. I never have to wait to be seen, and they even seen me early when I arrived a few mins before my booking. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes and received the result in the app within an hour as promised. Try not to be taken in by the negative reviews, this place is great and will be my go-to for all my travels to come. Thank you!”

“The pharmacists here (led by Manu) went out of their way to source me a medicine which was difficult to get hold of. They are always friendly and helpful, and offer a professional, personal service. Of course it gets busy sometimes, but it’s located in a highly populated residential area so this is to be expected.”
