"Since the merger with Keston, they seem to be doing the utmost to stop you getting an appointment. Misdiagnosed twice in the past, one that could have had serious consequences. I don't know why they want to develop a new surgery (& block of flats) on the opposite side of the road, the current one is always empty. Almost seems like the business is being wound down."

"Absolutely awful since the end of 2022 I have been banned from this sugery as I have voiced my opinion when I have been refused to be seen and rather than a doctors appointment I was receiving txt messages that could not be botherd to see to me or my son I have never had any issues with this place up until now since they have changed over I would avoid this place at all costs the staff are rude the doctors are lazy and since I'm allowed my opinion I'm glad to be sharing my awfully stressful exsperiance with everyone else to avoid this place I'm happy changing my doctors after being threatened on the phone to be removed"

"Been there few times for my wife’s and son vaccinations during and post pregnancy. Always attentive and polite staff. Very close to Kenley train station. Loads of free Road for car parking. Can get busy and limited seating arrangement inside the building."

"I've been with this surgery for over 20 years and never had a problems until this year, I've been diagnosed with cancer for the 2nd time, Dr Sami refused to do my urgent referral on the day it was requested, then he refused my prescription as notified by the Royal Marsden and now I've been told I have to give them at least 2 days notice for a prescription request (completely understandable) but I can't request it more than 5 days in advance. I work 6 + days a week, I've had 2 days off when I had my surgery and worked through my other treatment, My life is difficult and complicated enough without my doctors adding to my problems. They don't call to say they have a problem or advise of delays in responding to your requests and their attitude that their time is more valuable than ours is offensive!"
