"This is the most awful surgery I have been to.Although doctors are good, the rest of the staff have no manners. They even asked people to wait outside on a snowy morning. Asked you to come before 8. I arrived at 7.30 and miraculously all early appointments were taken. Awful experience"

"Reception fail once again. Staff are obnoxious and unhelpful. Not to mention incredibly arrogant. No duty of service and instead of admitting an error they have made, they are quite happy to argue with you instead. A practice that is clearly incompetent in providing a basic level of service or any common sense."

"I have been registered at this practice for 25 years and have found the doctors, nurses and admin staff to be unfailingly professional, courteous and helpful. Admittedly, it is difficult to get an appointment at present (hence only four stars) but I understand this is the case across the NHS. This wretched Tory government of liars, charlatans and spivs is hell-bent on privatising our NHS and is running it into the ground in preparation. I fervently hope that they are voted out before this can come to pass!"

"Difficult to book at an appointment in the morning and hate the same day system but tbf I think that's across the NHS. Reception staff I have dealt with have always been polite and apologetic when I have got through (even though its not their fault). Had a telephone appointment today with Dr Patel and she was lovely and really helpful."

"The female admin staff has been so rude and mindless to me. I asked her if I can speak to others or PM but she refused. She refused to tell her name. She hang up my call instead when I requested to talk to others .Unable to even complain to the management due to this staff. Very bad culture in admin staff to me. All good ones who are caring and know their job have gone. It is unbelievable to know that the management has been ignoring this fact and hurting patients at the admin level for months and months. They are extremely unhelpful and sarcastic. That admin staff even laughed at me who are in distress. How could she like that. I don't think she should be working in health care...The quality of their service really so bad ...that I can't even describe as it has been beyond bad."
