“Jasleen has become more of a friend throughout the process of buying a dress form Sequinze. She is personable, polite, honest and genuinely amazing at what she does. Sequinze collection is the best I’ve seen, from elegant threadwork and hand embroidery, the attire is never tacky or too shiny. The colour palette is incredible and the quality speaks for itself. Due to COVID and wedding postponements, I finally received my dress, and I can say it was definitely worth the wait! I personally bought a dress that was for a pre-wedding event, however would recommend all brides to look in Sequinze for the wedding dress too! Jasleen was extremely understanding when I wanted to change the colour, the dupatta material and when I requested extra fabric for a headscarf. She provided a full service and everyone was amazed at the clothes!”

I ordered a jacket a few weeks ago which was dispatched by them very quickly but then got stuck in a Royal Mail centre and still seems to be there. I let Izabel London know and they instantly replied and sent a replacement via a different courier which arrived within 24 hours. Couldn't get better service than this. Top quality all leather brogues, even offering a re soling service upon request. Assistant was extremely knowledgeable, measuring ones foot correctly and presenting different sizes without complaint. Not pretentious as some can be- made to feel welcome and valued. Extremely well made footwear , we are very pleased indeed and will return for further colours in the same style. Most comfortable well fitting shoes we have purchased for my sons awkward shaped feet! Very thoughtful assistant even polished them for us before expertly packing them in the stylish box. Five star service and products, well worth the money spent.”

“I come into the store today after not coming in for about a year and was so happy with the amazing service I received from the 3 members of staff working. There was an amazing atmosphere in the shop and I was made to feel welcome by the staff as I was walking around the store. They asked me if I need assistance and was more then happy to help me select items that they felt I would like but also took the time to take it all to the fitting room and give me an opition. I felt they where honest in there opition and didn't just say yes to make a sale letting me trust what they where saying. The store has defenlty improved since my last visit and I will return in the near future. I ended up spending about £200 but love everything that I bought. Thank you ladies.”

“I came here for my wedding shirt and the staff were all really helpful. I didn’t have enough time for made to measure but they were able to fit a of the rack shirt for me in a week or so. Would definitely recommend for the quality of the shirt and the friendly service! I also got a tie and pocket square they helped me find”

“Update: Best shoes I ever bought, my third pair now and the only one shoes I wear for the last two years everywhere around the world and at home. Love it! I went there many times before making the decision to buy one of their vegan shoes. Every time I was well looked after, mainly by Agnieszka and Camil. The shop is great to try the shoes however it would be nice I think to have a sort of different type or ground to see how the shoes feel on different ground, like in trek shops. I just bought the shoe yesterday so I will update on my experience another time. But I was happy with the service.”
