"Popped in the day before my birthday as I had seen a dress I really liked, I wanted to try on before purchasing. Arriving with more than an hour till the store was due close I was told the fitting rooms are closed. 2 members of staff in the store and I was the only customer. Sad times, now I have less than an hour to try and find another dress."

"Staff are lovely in this branch. I was fed up with not finding a coat that fitted me in the whole shopping centre and when I got to Quiz, I was already so frustrated. I said "where are the mirrors in this bloody shop". The assistant heard me and politely showed me where. I was embarrassed with myself! But I found a coat and walked out happy."

"A friend said that I will find a nice dress for evening and reasonable prices after looking online decided to go in the shop so I can try some of the dresses but unfortunately I was shocked to see wasn’t much you could find in the store even is in the middle of the Watford Shopping Centre so I was expecting something else."
