“I originally ordered flowers from Croydon Blooms via direct2florist, but wanted to cancel as soon as I saw the Pink Candy hatbox on Croydon Blooms' own website. So, I rang Croydon Blooms up straight away and told them of my self-inflicted predicament - the lady on the phone was so helpful and said she'd not accept that order so that I wouldn't get charged twice, whilst I cancelled with direct2florist. And she also told me to ring her back if I have any other problems. Once I placed the final order, another lady rang me up to ask me if I'd be ok with a replacement flower as the buds pictured on their website were out of season. I know nothing about flowers, so I let the florists do what they do best, and I was not disappointed. It arrived no later than 3 hours after I placed the order, super quick! The hatbox itself was so beautifully arranged. And the macarons were delicious (I will need to find out where those are from!). Overall, I had a brilliant experience with Croydon Blooms. Will definitely use them again in the future. Thank you for making my parents' ruby anniversary special, everyone at Croydon Blooms!”

“Absolutely lovely staff, very friendly and helpful. Felt extremely welcome and the lovely lady that did my piercings was very professional and gentle. The piercings that she did also stopped hurting the day after which was a massive shocker with cartilage. Would 100% recommend. Wonderful staff and service.”

“Great location. The staff were all friendly. We arrived after a flight from Indonesia via Turkey and were tired - fast checkin, no problems. I had booked this place because it seemed new and clean. We weren't let down: Latitude is clean and comfortable. The kitchen was super modern, the shower too, there is a laundry machine in the kitchen - very convenient and easy to use. I've stayed in 5-star hotels that offered less. The location: it seemed quiet and was a stone's throw from the East Croydon station. Will definitely stay here again if we get a chance. Best bang for the buck in London, I think! Can't think of anything that we didn't like. We had no issues at all. Everything was clean and modern - just like the pics.”

“Navratna hosted a surprise 40th birthday party for a close family member. They were very generous in accommodating us on a Monday (when they are usually closed). We were given the entire restaurant and facilitated early entry allowing us to decorate and re-arrange the seating. Food was lovely as always and well presented despite the larger number of guests. The chef and staff were very attentive and polite throughout and served with humility. Navratna provided a memorable evening and we are very thankful for their hospitality. Highly recommended.”

“The menu is so good, really fresh authentic Thai food. Also options for burgers and traditional pub food which looked great too! The prices are also very reasonable. £8.50 for the curries (including rice) It’s a must! 10/10 ps - lovely staff :)”

“The one on Ruskin Parade us closed. Perhaps s change of name or shut for good. There's another one on London Road with the same name. There's Terra House, a Romanian shop and bakery on Brighton Road on the left hand side as we face the North before the Bridge and Nuevo Ponte Restaurant.”

“Looked around for a while to find somewhere to take my Volvo to resolve a warning light under warranty. Good availability at short notice, knowledgable and courteous staff, fixed the problem quickly. Very slick and professional operation.”

“Great place to catch a breath after work or just have a quiet walk in the evening. Plenty of benches to have a sit and read a book or contemplate life Park smells fantastic in the evening mid May ,when various plants start blossoming. Even during a sunny days , it doesn't get too busy. If u play tennis ,there are 8 courts at your disposal (you have to buy a membership which is only a small annual fee). Annoying things are dog owners that let their dogs run freely everywhere without leash - it shouldn't be allowed ( some time ago one dog grabbed my sandwich and the owner lady found it funny)”

“I have been using this shop since it has first opened, and they have helped me out with all my emergency outfits that I need last minute. The customer service is great and are always completing outfits you may put together or giving you advice on what would match and what wouldn’t. I went in today to yet again find a last minute outfit and the guy gladly helped me out with getting sixes and a fresh pair of cargos that I picked out, the manager or owner (not too sure) is also very nice he is very talkative and will have a great laugh with you, for example I tagged them in my Instagram post for my birthday as I got my whole outfit was from them, they quickly liked and commented, I went into the store and he said how was your birthday and that I looked really good in the dress , I really can’t fault them they are a great company and glad they are based in Croydon”

“Bev from Howdens designed our renovated kitchen and did an absolutely incredible job! She thought outside of the box and brought ideas to the table that we hadn't previously considered, but which were perfect for the space. She is very knowledgeable and friendly, we highly recommend her services - 10/10”

“I have lived in Croydon my whole life and had never stepped foot in this pub until yesterday, and boy have I been missing out! The pub has an entire vegan menu which is incredible and the staff were super friendly and helpful. I’d definitely recommend visiting and look forward to many more visits in future. Just one minor suggestion, having some vegan dessert options on your menu would save me a trip to the next door pub for my sweet fix :) otherwise, loved this place and will definitely be back! :)”

“Hot desk friday at the store. Bottomless coffee and snacks :) I liked sharing the space with other people working out there. In these times of working from home its nice to take a break from home and go sit and work from cafe. I am glad Croydon has such place for us.”

“I have been visiting Silk since I moved into the area 5 years ago for hair, waxing treatments and the odd massage. Seema and Ada make you feel so welcome the minute you walk through the door and the service is impeccable! I would definitely recommend Silk.”

“If you're looking for a decent Kerala cuisine in South London, look no further than this restaurant. The flavors were spot on and transport you straight to the south. The fish pomfret curry was particularly delicious, as well as all the other items we ordered. The service was also great, especially with the staff being very helpful in recommending dishes. The ambiance was decent and inviting and really clean. Overall, I recommend this restaurant for anyone looking to try some delicious South Indian food.”
