“Absolutely love this park, beautiful scenic, peaceful as well as busy and loads of things on. Cold water swimming and paddle boarding can be booked online, and is super popular in the summer. Amazing swimming for dogs in the river and some man made mud ponds! Forest and space as well as a wonderful cafe with vegan options! Huge children’s play area, pop up festivals and a second hand clothes sand furniture shop where I’ve jabbed a bargain or two! Parking is expensive but plenty of free nearby - if you don’t mind walking in. Probably my favourite park in London.”

“I know the name suggests eggs any way however, I had pancakes which were filling and delicious. My husband had scrambled eggs which he thoroughly enjoyed. Everything tasted fresh and good quality. Will definitely be visiting again. They need a bigger space as they have a great product.”

“We love this venue. It is a beautiful space for parties or weddings if you book enough in advance to get a slot. The rooms have views over the park, the events team are really helpful. The ceilings have stunning wedgewood style designs. There is an air of faded grandeur that we really loved. The team recommend reliable caterers and a lighting business who know how to make the best of the venue. Highly recommended.”

“Free parking slots on a busy main road is always a bonus and the co-op has a good stock of quality food. I was pleasantly surprised at the range of pizzas but I wouldn't do a "weekly" shop here as the prices tend to be a little higher than elsewhere.”

“The creamiest, most succulent pasta in the south east. Just don’t order the vegan dishes - as they are more flavourless than water I think it was just an unlucky experience, so I’ll be the bigger person and look beyond this unfortunate experience. 5* otherwise”

Karolina is incredibly knowledgable and the quality of treatments is exceptional from Pedicures to facials and waxing. The girls are so welcoming and friendly I feel like I’ve been coming for years! “I cannot speak highly enough of the Hairdressing Gallery and the entire team. I love how my hair looks each time I go, and always leave feeling great. Both my daughters and husband also have their hair done there and everyone who works there is so lovely, friendly and really genuine. During all the pandemic you can see they have worked really hard to make the salon safe and to make us as customers safe, at what must have been a great expense to them at an already difficult time. You get a text reminder for your appt and a reminder about all the covid safe procedures in place which I found really reassuring. Price wise they are really reasonable for the level of service you get and the quality of the cut and colour. I have my hair coloured and cut, as does my eldest, my youngest they will also plait into some funky style for her and my hubby has his cut too. I love that it is family run, local but of the standard of any London salon. Cannot recommend enough!”
