"I went there for eyebrow threading when I first moved to the area. Even though I told Seema I wanted them arch shaped as much as possible, she made them rounded. The edges looked uneven and unclean. And then she said they looked good and natural! My mother-in-law also went there for eyebrows, upper lip and chin threading in light of time shortage twice. The first time she came back with hairs still on her upper lips and chin, she didn't like her eyebrows much either. The second time she told Seema she wasn't happy the previous time, Seema got very defensive and said she was moving too much during the threading and some other random stuff. Very expensive also for the kind of service they give. Won't recommend. The salons near East Croydon station and West Croydon station are much better in that respect."

"Truly dreadful, dishonest and overpriced. I made clear that I wanted silver highlights (I am a male with short and dark hair) and showed Seema a picture of the silver colour I wanted in advance. She said she could do it but just bleached my hair to highlight it to blonde and sent me home, telling me to buy silvering shampoo and conditioner (which cost me an additional £20). She did not even attempt to colour it silver and charged me £65 for the pleasure. Of course using the silvering shampoo was never going to work on plain bleached hair and she knew it. Never to be trusted. And she had the cheek to tell me how good it looked when it was totally the wrong colour."

"Awful. I went in for my eyebrows and upper lip. Fair enough they charged me 8 pounds for eyebrows, but for the few light hairs on my upper lip which took less than 2 minutes - they also charged me 8 pounds. That really is disgusting. Never using them again and I’d warn people to stay away. You can get it done much cheaper, by people who are willing to not rob you blind."
