Jamie was fun, kind, and knowledgeable. He even accommodated my special request to visit St. Dunstan’s and All Saints Church, marriage site of my 11th great-grandparents in 1631! A very special treat for me! Thank you, Jaime, for such an amazing day and special tour.”

“First thing we were greeted at the Victoria coach station. The folks had the tour set up very well and asked us to line up in the cue for the tour we were taking. We then boarded the coach and were greeted by Rowan and Rafeal. We went to Windsor Castle, Stonehenge and Bath. During this time we were given lots of history and facts by Rowan. She was very knowledgeable about a each area and was very funny at times. We enjoyed spending the day with her. We would recommend this tour for anyone looking for a full day trip. Rafael was a good driver and got us to and from our stops safely. Thank you for a memorable day trip!”

“Absolutely fantastic tour. Liza was a great guide with a lot of knowledge not only about the area we departed from (London, Dover Road) but also Dover castle, the White Cliffs, and Canterbury Cathedral. We had great weather which really added to the day but it would have been just the same even in the rain. We booked through Viator which was easy enough. Recommend bringing water and snacks and using the bathroom wherever you go. Not easy for people with mobility issues in some places at Dover Castle and the cliffs but the Cathedral was easy.”

“Amazing to be honest, I took the open bus London tour + Stonehenge and it was filled with fun right from 7:45 am till 8pm. We toured key areas of London with the bus; saw the changing of guards and luckily even Prince Harry; all with an amazing and fun tour guide and rode on the river Thames. Afterwards off to Stonehenge. Staffs were amazing and very nice, I highly recommend them.”

“Tour 79 - Clive - Lamar - you guys - you two are fabulous. We saw everything okay - Stonehenge, Windsor, Lacock, Bath- it was rainy and windy some of the time, but these guys kept us on time and happy. It was a serious hurry up tour BUT it was just what I wanted and PERFECT. We got out pics, we got our coffee and food, and we got HISTORY. “Can't fault this hotel at all! Cheapest family room we could find in London on an otherwise expensive weekend, £93 between 3 of us, great value compared to anywhere else we found. It is well-linked to central London via the Thameslink (Morden South) or Northern line (Morden). Receptionist was very friendly and welcoming so it was nice to be felt like we were cared for by the staff. The room was clean and spacious, nothing to complain about at all. Quick check-in and check-out process as well so that was convenient.”

“We went for a hen do, expensive but absolutely worth the money. I would 100% do it again! We had fabulous weather, but Ingram was so kind and hospitable. Beautiful boat, enough space for everyone to get food and relax. Music able to be played on board. I looking at how we can do another trip next year!”

“It is really difficult to find a travel agent where you can actually deal face-to-face with a person. Not only that, but it is really easy to access their 'shop': via Southgate tube and bus station or local parking (Asda) I found the staff very understanding of our travel plans. They were able to facilitate our need for split flights. Appropriate questions were asked to ensure a successful trip: passport expiry dates, insurance, Covid advice, transfers ... I am very happy with the service received and would highly recommend.”

“Excellent venue to see a show. More importantly, a pint of Amstel was a very reasonable £5.20 and a portion of fries £3.50. The seats aren't the comfiest and are pretty small and close together, but it's an old historic building so I'll let them off! From glancing around around the theatre, it didn't seem like any of the seats sold as restricted view online would be that bad at all.”

“My family of four loved our stay. We just wish we could have stayed longer. When we arrived, the apartment was clean and you could tell a lot of care and attention has gone into it. There were lots of little extras, like a fan, a printer in case we needed to print tickets and a charging station for our devices. Michael’s team communicated with me throughout the process, from the time I made my reservation to when we checked out. We had an issue with the washing machine, and they kept in touch with me constantly as they tried to find a solution. The apartment itself is in a great location. There was some street noise, mostly from buses driving over the cobblestones, but the building was quiet and we felt very safe. We were minutes away from a bus stop, and the neighborhood was full of great restaurants, shops and things to see. We would absolutely stay here again.”

“I made an inquiry for this holiday via the chat facility and communicated with Ali to me. I was searching for a hotel with a heated pool as i'm going in April and want to make sure we can make full use of the pool. Ali told me about the Eden Andalou Aquapark & Spa which matched my criteria. When I wanted to move from the chat facility to the phone Ali called me quickly and was very helpful and answered all of my questions. When i agreed to book the holiday Ali talked me through the booking process and called me at each stage to give me an update. In summary Ali Hamza was very professional in his approach and I would recommend using Ali to discuss your holiday needs. The holiday is booked for Nov 2019 so hopefully it will be as enjoyable.”

“Lovely day out, huge amount to look at, the maze was smaller than I thought but still challenging. The magical garden is superb for the kids, glad we went there last otherwise we'd have spent the whole day in the play area! Take towels and maybe a change of clothes as the magical garden includes fountains and sand pits for the kids to play in.”
