Charles was very helpful and knowledgeable about Barcelona which was invaluble when choosing a hotel location etc I cannot recommend them highly enough. It is so nice to be able to organise a holiday by seeing someone, talking and getting advice rather than sitting behind a screen. "It is really difficult to find a travel agent where you can actually deal face-to-face with a person. Not only that, but it is really easy to access their 'shop': via Southgate tube and bus station or local parking (Asda) I found the staff very understanding of our travel plans. They were able to facilitate our need for split flights. Appropriate questions were asked to ensure a successful trip: passport expiry dates, insurance, Covid advice, transfers ... I am very happy with the service received and would highly recommend."

Matt Sanders ( @scottstravel Southgate UK) is an absolutely brilliant Travel Agent who really cares about his customers and for whom nothing is a problem. Best of all, he is able to navigate the complexity of travel to a red listed country. Matt was literally an answer to prayer as I just couldn’t think through the fog of emotions. Matt got me safely to Trinidad via Barbados and then back to Barbados to avoid quarantining for 10 days in the UK Matt also arranged for my husband to join me in Barbados Thank you Matt. You went way way way beyond expectations of excellent service"
