"I made an inquiry for this holiday via the chat facility and communicated with Ali to me. I was searching for a hotel with a heated pool as i'm going in April and want to make sure we can make full use of the pool. Ali told me about the Eden Andalou Aquapark & Spa which matched my criteria. When I wanted to move from the chat facility to the phone Ali called me quickly and was very helpful and answered all of my questions. When i agreed to book the holiday Ali talked me through the booking process and called me at each stage to give me an update. "We had an exceptionally great time with Marvellous Morocco Tours. Our point of contact was Fahad, who was very attentive to our needs and communicated promptly as we planned our trip. There we found a guide Mohamed was a fantastic guide! He was very informative and brought us to the best places for photos. Whenever we needed breaks, there was no problem and he brought us to good places for food. He always helped us with prices so we knew what was average to pay for souvenirs! Also, if you have a particular interest in traditional carpets, collecting fossils, etc, just mention it to him and he’ll sort it out! We met Iddir in Merzouga, he’s the owner of the agency and hospitality was second to none. We took the camel ride to our tents and the 4W back. The dinner was great, followed by traditional music and a night gazing at stars. The luxury tents were well worth it! Overall, we had a fantastic excursion! Highly recommended! 10/10!"
