“Arrived after 2 weeks in Morocco. The hotel was connected to terminal 4 through an easy walk through a covered walkway. Check in was easy with a very helpful and pleasant front desk agent (Susanne). The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. Good cold beer at the restaurant and the food was good. Would definitely recommend this hotel for flying out of Heathrow.”

“Lovely, typical London hotel, close to the tube. The charging policy for late check-in is exaggerated, otherwise everything is fine. They compensated for my dissatisfaction with this aspect with a bigger room. Good services for right price.”

“Very comfortable room and specially bed. And room is nearby to Wilesden Junction train stations. In the night, just there may be loud noises around the room. “This Hotel is very much perfect for most of central London for people on a budget. If you're looking for the Ritz look elsewhere. For 60 pound you're about 10 mins from Tufnell Park Tube Station where you can access greater London in a 10-20 min tube ride. We walked home in nice weather in about 40 mins from Oxford Circus. The rooms are small and old like most of the houses in London. The rooms are clean and decent for your stay. The showers are small.... if you want a large Loo reserve a room at the Hilton for 240 pound a night. The Breakfast was Very Good and there was plenty of it... you could ask for seconds on bread, juice, coffee. The people were very accomodating. Again, as has been stated in other reviews, the main problem with the negative reviewers is that expect a 200 pound hotel for 60 pound. Their expectations are unrealistic. I can afford the expensive hotels, but if I am just passing through for a day or two and not going to be around the hotel I have stayed here and it is thoroughly fine. They even had a nice reading lamp. Good value for your money.”

“Great quality concerning the cost. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room simple and clean. The Bethnal green tube station literally 5 steps from the hotel. Much more cheaper than anything else in London, even the hostels. In 10-15 minutes you can be at the central London with the tube. The line has service until very late. We were hesitant booking after some bad reviews we read, but the reality wasn't even close. Sure it's an old hotel but it is really clean. The mattress and pillows were soft and the bathroom spotless.”

Zulqurnain was too much concerned about my well being. He helped me out of way to find things in this new city. Since I came without booking, he even helped me to find another good hotel at good price while checking out.”

“I booked a room for my mom and sister to stay for 15 days and they had an overall very good experience for the price and what is available in the area! The facilities (fridge, microwave, cupboard and sink for dishes) make it a lot more worth it than the nearest hotel. I would definitely recommend it! Jermaine, the manager, is also very approachable and very fast to answer any queries.”

I did have to take my suitcase up three flights of stairs but the sweet little room with compact private bathroom/amenities is a fitting reward. :) Also, they kindly stored my luggage prior to check in time so I could explore the city and the two ladies I spoke with on reception were very helpful and friendly. :)”
