"Our stay in Wellesley apartments 69-71 started on an excellent note. The amenities were nice, and the apartment was clean. It was a 2 bedroom apartment. We stayed there for 10 nights, and moved to their smaller apartment for 2 days, which was a 1 bedroom apartment. There was not much difference in the rates, (the earlier one was GBP80/night) and this one was GBP70 per night. The 1 bedroom apartment in East Croydon had central heating - which was NOT WORKING at all! The bathroom had soap dispenser with NO SOAP. The window curtains were discolored and worn out. We were there with a 75 year old lady and our daughter who is 5 years old. Inspite of complaining to the caretaker MR. KUMAR nothing was done to repair the heating system. MISS DINUSHA JAYASURIYA did not even bother to respond to the feedback I provided. This proves that Wellesley apartments will treat you nicely if you pay them big money. If the payment is less, then be prepared to be treated as GO TO HELL kind of attitude. It was really so bad of both the people to behave so unprofessionally inspite of us paying the money in advance and making sure that things were clean when we left. MISS DINUSHA and MR KUMAR you both deserve a medal for being such ignorant duo!"
