Premier Inn London Holborn hotel
● Open“Make sure to use Hᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking any resort. This site will compare hundreds of booking websites and usually will have prices a lot cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This place is one of the most well known in this area. I've been staying here for a very long time. If you decide to stay here you definitely won't be let down. Superb location within London for theatres and many other attractions. Hotel was very clean and all staff were attentive and helpful. Own restaurant on the site for wonderful breakfasts and a varied and reasonably priced lunch and dinner menu. Nothing negative to report and highly recommended.”

Citadines Apart'hotel Barbican London
● Open“My fiance and I were visiting London for the first time and this was an amazing location. 1. The rooms are fantastic. They have a fridge, stove top, and a microwave. It comes with dishes and a laundry machine on site 2. It's about a 20 minute train ride to all the major attractions in London. 3. The general area is very quite. If you are looking for an area with a lot of action, I would stay somewhere else. But it noise is a concern to you, this is the best location you can ask for. 4. Best thing if all is that the price was great. I booked for August, and it was comparably the best price I got from comparing to other locations. If you want to be in a busier area, then I would skip this location. But if space, quality of room, and price are a priority, have this place as a top pick.”

Premier Inn London Tower Bridge hotel
● Open“Used it twice now. It's within a stone's throw from Tower Bridge and about 10 minutes walk from London Bridge underground. HMS Belfast and The Tower of London are very close too as is Borough Market. It's a great spot to base yourself to explore London. We used it for bed and breakfast for which it is perfect. Everyone knows that Premier Inn is no frills but for me it does what it's supposed to do. I totally recommend and will return.”

Travelodge London City
● Open20 Middlesex Street, London E1 7EX, United Kingdom“The people who are giving 1 star surely expected for this to be the Ritz or Four Seasons. The stay was fantastic, especially considering the budget price-point. Everything was clean and the room was extremely quiet. I was kind of worried about being on the first floor because my room faced the street, but I couldn’t hear anything at all. The only complaint I have is the shower. The water pressure is fantastic and the bathroom is spotless, but if you turn the water up too high, it splashes under the shower curtain on to the floor. This is just a design error. FYI, you have to request a hair dryer, cleaning, new towels, etc. IN GENERAL: clean, quiet, amazing location, comfy bed and friendly staff.”

St Christopher's Inn London Bridge: The Inn
● Open“Best place to stay in London! Simply can't say enough good things about this hostel! The staff are friendly, kind and very accommodating. The rooms are clean and there's free lockers under every bed (bring your own lock). There's lots of bathrooms, also very clean. Best of all, there's an awesome pub just downstairs that really comes alive at night. It can get a little noisy with the live music at night, but the staff give you a really good quality pair of earplugs upon arrival. Don't let the noise bother you though, go downstairs and join in! The environment is very inviting and you immediately feel at home! This is a great hostel to make new friends and meet people from all around the world. Thank you all so much for such a great stay, will definitely be returning!”

Premier Inn London Docklands (Excel) hotel

-
DoubleTree by Hilton London ExCeL
● Open“We stayed here for the ABBA Arena, as it was an easy taxi ride there and a much better area to stay in. The DLR station into the centre of London is a 4 minute walk from the hotel. The room was comfortable and clean, the breakfast was very good and the staff were all friendly. We found the price to be very reasonable and we even got a room upgrade on arrival!”

Bateaux London
● Closed“A very well organised London river cruise. We boarded at 12pm and we were served a champagne three course lunch. There was a life band in the restaurant, the boat was very clean and spacious. We sailed for two hours and had some nice views around London from the river. A different way to enjoy Sunday lunch, well worth doing.”

Blakes Hotel London
● Open“We went to the Blakes hotel restaurant last Saturday night without a reservation. We were greeted warmly then treated with delicious food and excellent service!!! Simone was our waiter and he served us brilliantly while regularly coming over to check that everything was okay during our meal - which it always was. Marta is one of the managers there and was excellently attentive while also ensuring that our experience was formidable. Classy, sophisticated, delicious with impeccable standards and service!”
-
Citadines Apart’hotel Trafalgar Square London
● Open“Great hotel overall, good location and good rooms. We didn't use any room service so I can't value it. Air conditioner is not regulable so I cannot choose air power and it's very noisy, but not as noisy as the fridge, which makes very loud random weird sounds, not letting me sleep well. Small old TV with not much technology, just including some basic channels and nothing else. Bathtub has a curtain, which is pretty old and weird to see as it's not very sanity-friendly, but it's cheaper, of course.”
-

I especially liked the lamb souvlaki and coleslaw (chicken gyros was super tasty as well). The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and overall the restaurant feels very welcoming. Will definitely be back”
