"Used it twice now. It's within a stone's throw from Tower Bridge and about 10 minutes walk from London Bridge underground. HMS Belfast and The Tower of London are very close too as is Borough Market. It's a great spot to base yourself to explore London. We used it for bed and breakfast for which it is perfect. Everyone knows that Premier Inn is no frills but for me it does what it's supposed to do. I totally recommend and will return."

"Does the job for staying in central London without spending your life savings. Bed was big and comfy, plenty of complimentary tea and coffee. Feels like your standard premier Inn. The free WiFi was also good enough for me to have a work zoom call with three people from Australia, so I can't complain!"

"Clean, comfortable beds, very friendly and helpful staff. We gave a 5 star review because it met our needs and expectations. We were after an affordable place to recover from long tourist days and this delivered. This is practical motel-type accommodation, not a luxury stay. We liked the location near the Tower Bridge, but others may wish to be closer to a tube station. The restaurant was great- Jan the server was our favorite person we met on our whole trip. She was such a bright spot at the end of a long travel day! Bless her! The hotel and breakfast were a great value for the price. Americans- be aware that bed sizes in the UK are different than in the US. You may be surprised at the bed size if you aren’t aware of this. ;-)"

"Perfect location, easy access (12min walk with luggage) from London Bridge tube station and Guys StThomas hospital. The staff were friendly and polite and the rooms were quite. ++ The low rating is due to two reasons; manly the bathroom. The sink was not clean (minor thing), but the biggest issue was the state of the shower it was dirty, grimy and covered in black mould. I was unable to have a shower in preparation for a hospital procedure. Unfortunately we did not discover this until the morning so it could not be rectified. The second issue was that only 1 key card was given, and the key card was needed to keep the lights on, which is great for the environment but difficult when you want to send the hubby out for takeaway on his own. All this would hopefully would be rectifieble for a longer stay, but not for our 1 night stay. We had a delicious breakfast in the restaurant. Again the 2 restaurant staff were lovely and clearly heard working dashing around serving people with smiles. Unfortunately there were not enough of them (servers)and I was unable to get porridge cooked. However this comment is not a reflection on the staffs' effort."

"The room was OK, cleanish. There were some stains on one of the pillows. Some of my colleagues and I have dietary requirements and even though, we had a order, so our breakfast food would be fresh, we waited for more than 15-30 minutes to get 7 vegan sausages and some vegan bacon. I ordered gluten free bread and it took the same amount of time and they took the ordered twice, resulting in some food wasted."
