“Oh man, I think I have found my new barbers. Fred cut my hair and he listened to everything I had to say about it and paid attention to my concerns (I am slightly thinning at the front). His attention to detail was perfect and my hair looks amazing. Then it came time for my beard. He explained step by step how he was going to tidy it up and shape it and when he did cut it he followed the contour of my face and kept the length whilst still doing a great job in keeping it tidy. I can't recommend this barber highly enough and I will definitely be returning. Thanks Fred”

It’s so nice to have someone telling you the history behind everything you see instead of just taking pictures of nice buildings you don’t know about. Both guides were amazing, mixing information with humor and telling fun facts of all the places we went. The duration of the tours are ideal, since more it would be too tiring. 100% recommended, specially if you are traveling alone like me and you want some company in your touring”

“My personal experiences are that the beginner level classes are not too intense and would be suitable for both people who normally exercise and those that don’t . The physicality requirement is similar to beginner dancing level of workout. The class is a mix of warm up, light arm and footwork, some pad hitting practice and of course the Hung Gar forms. The teacher will guide and advise you based on your personal level. No prior martial arts experience seems to be necessary, and the teaching style is relaxed. I would recommend anyone who is interested in Chinese king fu and culture to try out as it’s both fun and great for body and mind”
