The rooms have air con!! which is amazing, the level of cleanliness is spot on, the rooms are well equipped, everything works as it should, the staff are really approachable and customer service is top notch. The location is perfect for anyone wanting to go to the Arena or in to central London, the hotel is directly opposite the Wembley Park Underground Station.”

“I attended London Dance nights. The venue was absolutely fabulous from parking the car, having refreshments while waiting and then the main event and then been shown to my table. The staff were friendly, attentive and keen to ensure an enjoyable customer experience. The food and drink was wonderful and the event (not run by Novotel) was a fun filled. Overall a fabulous Saturday night and I left with a big smile. Thanks Novotel and London Dance nights.”

The token system, whilst a little confusing at first, is not rocket science and it’s convenient being cashless (note food and drink is purchasable with cash or card). The rollercoaster was great fun and the girls loved the soft-play. Seeing as you don’t have to pay to get in, I felt it was reasonably priced as you can pick and choose what you actually want to spend money on. I went for the £50 tokens package and it got us on everything we wanted to go on (rides and games), which for three people, I thought wasn’t bad. Would recommend.
