"Tiny car park! if you drive down that car park and it's full, you may very well end up getting stuck there as there's no way to turn around and get out! and it's £15 for for parking there. I think the only real positive of staying here is that it's literally a fantastic location for most things. Underground station is literally right next to you even though Google maps makes it seems far it's not. it's 1 minute away!"

"I was going to complain but then thought twice about it. you get what you pay for and in fairness for the price the hotel is good. The hotel is okay, it’s very tired and needs an upgrade. I’ve stayed in 3 rooms in this hotel and I can say that none of the rooms look a thing like the photos on the web. I know they’re doing work but not on the first, third or fourth floor (nov 2022) Beware about parking here because the hotel is used by construction workers for overnight stays and the car park is full by 6pm with lots of vans. The staff here are excellent though. We had several interactions and they were just brilliant on every occasion; available, helpful and polite. They’ve got a good team there. I can really see why people could give this place 1 star but it’s a very cheap hotel so just check yourself first and give it a review which is in line with the cost."

"Horrible hotel, first impressions were made when we got in the lift and there was a puddle of wee. Room was thankfully wee free but smelt musty and was very dated. Furnishings are bleak and in serious need of replacement / upgrade. No plug sockets near the bed all of them over the other side of the room and half of them didn’t even work. Unfortunately didn’t have many other options we needed to be close to a venue but nearly £200 for a night is a joke, they should be paying people to stay here."

"Lovely staff and place. At first was a little difficult to know where to go after you checked-in but was politely helped by the staff. Once checked-in, the room I stayed was bigger than average and compared to many rooms in central zone 1 and 2 for its price. It is great! However, the distance from this destination to central is something to consider because with the current situations of train strikes, signal issues, weather and delays. Entering into the central London can take an hour and even up to 2 hours on a bad day. However if transportation is well, you should arrive there roughly 55 minutes. Google says otherwise but does not properly account the people waiting time and the congestion during rush hours. It is quite far out but one of the best in the area. Enjoyed my stay and thank you to all the staffs there!"

"Lovely hotel with amazing customer service. This is not a Brand New hotel, but don't let that put you off. The rooms have air con!! which is amazing, the level of cleanliness is spot on, the rooms are well equipped, everything works as it should, the staff are really approachable and customer service is top notch. The location is perfect for anyone wanting to go to the Arena or in to central London, the hotel is directly opposite the Wembley Park Underground Station."
