I've not had a manicure or acrylics, etc. I was going to score 4 stars because the shop could do with a remodel however I have given 5 stars because making an appointment was easy, we were seen on time, this was our first visit and the staff were very pleasant and welcoming, music was good, the shop is clean, the feel of the shop was all positive, a good selection of nail paint colours and they offer great value for money. The technician I saw was meticulous. I haven't had a pedicure in a long time and this is the very first time I have had someone do their job so thoroughly. I left a generous tip and will be planning my next visit soon. Please don't let me down guys and great job!”

If you get a head and shoulders massage too you are getting a premium personal aromatherapy service that isn't featured in most hyped places in Chelsea, the City or the Westend. It has a wheelchair friendly entrance, ample parking outside. There are two small steps up to the wash basin section but if booking call ahead for assistance with those. I declare this an Autistic friendly business because the lighting isnt harsh, background music is precisely that.. not overpowering. Seats are extremely comfortable and a generous width.
