"I booked a full groom £50 with a puppy… I booked a full groom £50 with a puppy spa (free) threw in free as a club member. I was told it would take 1.5 hours. But I waited outside anyway. All done in 35 mins. After reaching home then I noticed the cuttings were uneven in several places.Unprofessional finish..my daughter made a joke she said it was like having a hair cut at a street stall. But the price was not street stall price. I personally would not use them again. Will try another place definitely. Date of experience: 17 December 2022"

"My dog Pumpkin absolutely hates grooming but the girls at the groom room westway are so good with her. She is a regular now and I can truely say that the team are amazing. Pumpkin was super poorly recently and they gave her a gentle bath to help her feel better which it did... my husband and I are your biggest fans and that her picture is on the gallery. Thanks guys"

I went for a trim/tidy and my pup came out looking tidy and smelling fresh. Prices are reasonable, service professional and clean. The ladies are so friendly and I would definitely recommend and will be going back again!"
