"Terrible service. I booked my appointment 1 month in advance for 10am, as they open at 10. The shutters were only opened at 10:30 and I was sat at 10:40, making me an hour late for my event. They didn’t comp my service and tried to charge me £40 when I always pay £35. Very unprofessional and my hair wasn’t styled to my desired look."
