"There were negative comments and misrepresentations about this place. However, this wasn't a representation of the owner of the shop. The staff are lovely and so understanding with what what I wanted, I spoke the same language so everyone could understand. She is such a calm and welcoming person."
"As soon as I walked in the woman gave me a dirty look and looked me up and down, they spoke in their own language which was uncomfortable.When she finished doing my brows it wasn't a good job,I didn't complain though as I couldn't wait to get out of there!"
"I wanted to use this business, after I read the reviews online and all the reviews were great. I went in and I couldn't believe how dirty the place was, and how unprofessional the stuff working there is, as I had the appointment at 1 o'clock, and I waited there for 15 minutes. Also the staff needs to learn better English, as there was a girl transleting to the hairdresser what I would like to do. After 15 min I got up and left as I could not get over the fact thta the place was so dirty."
