“I underwent surgery yesterday and was under the care of Mr Nigel Day and his amazing female Dr colleague ( so sorry that I can't remember her name) along with the anaesthetist. I cannot tell you how amazing all of the staff were to me from booking the appointment with Shirley and then arriving at the day surgery right through to Swift ward at the end of the day. Mr Day took the time to visit me on the ward at the end of a long day to check I was okay and to advise me of the surgery he performed. The care was exceptional and all of the staff should feel very proud that they are caring for patients who can be anxious. Long may our NHS continue and maybe it is time we all stood together as a nation to help them earn a rightful wage and more resource. I know there are organisations already in operation and I intend to support the cause more aggressively than I have to date. Thank youa nd much appreciated Sally :)”

“My wife and I have dual UK/Australian citizenship. We live in the UK and our superannuation funds are in Australia. We are coming up to retirement and needed advice as we haven't yet decided where we will eventually live. Paul Davies was our adviser, ably supported by the excellent Louise Duncan, a paraplanner. We had some long conversations about various scenarios and the pros and cons of different strategies. The process was very informative, and we both felt that we were being listened to and our situation was being carefully analysed. The outcome was a detailed plan that included 2 main scenarios, one UK-based, the other Australia-based. The plan showed us that we could live comfortably in either country, which means our decision on that is not going to be forced by a financial consideration. So now we are looking forward to our retirement with confidence and peace of mind, knowing we have the wherewithal to make choices based on lifestyle and family considerations. “I used GES a couple of weeks ago when I was moving out of my flat. It was like an end of tenancy clean, except I was moving out of my flat and new owners were moving in. I needed some cleaners at short notice (about 4 days before moving out), and I was so glad that they were able to do it at such short notice! The communication and quote ahead of the day were really good. I had two people from GES come round to clean, and they were brilliant. It wasn’t easy because they were having to do the cleaning despite the removals process having taken longer than anticipated) - they were great, and good-humoured about it. They did a really, really fantastic job of cleaning, it was exactly what I needed, and really really helped make my moving out process so much easier. Highly recommended!!!”

“Great M&S food hall location in Colindale. The fruit and veg is extremely fresh and good prices. They have an extensive food range including ready made meals and dinners. There is also a small drinks section which is good. The store is very large with alot of space which makes it easy to navigate. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly.”
