"Omg! Epsom Maternity Unit is absolutely fantastic! I had the best care and support ever in the UK. Every single person in there was wonderful. Made my Baby delivery an amazing experience! I can’t believe how smooth everything was! Thank you for everyone who was there on that day and also all the Midwives, Doctors and Nurses who take care of us all the way through in our 9month journey! Happy mummy&baby"

"I had a c-section at this hospital few months ago. The surgery team were amazing and the surgeon did great job. However, after that it was a bad experience in the maternity ward. I ve been left without lunch and dinner until I asked! They said we did not know someone was here!! Unfortunately my husband couldn’t be there as my daughter was sick, so I had to do everything my self with a big painful wound in my tummy. I asked once to change my baby nappy (first day of operation) they said you should do it yourself. No help from nurses at all, not sure what they do if they don’t help the patient at least for the first two days. I asked for a separate room but it seemed from their response that rooms are given for specific people, probably people they know or something! They said will put you on the waiting list. But saw a woman getting a separate room while she was there after me!!!! Some thing suspicious about who is able to book a separate room after giving birth. At these moments we really need real help taking care of the baby nappies and putting the baby in their cot after feeding them but nothing was offered. I was impatiently waiting to go home. I think nurses are not doing what they are supposed to do"

"Came to get some blood test done. The booking was quite easy, then I got an email and text reminder the day before. Went in and the whole process took less than 5 minutes. The nurse was very nice and fast."

"Staff are amazing. I had my baby here 29/09 and I couldn’t have asked for better care. Midwives were amazing especially Vanessa who took extra care of me and my baby. Special thanks to the young lady who provided me with food & beverages during my stay. I didn’t catch her name but she wore glasses. She was honestly the sweetest & kindest ❤️"

"I underwent surgery yesterday and was under the care of Mr Nigel Day and his amazing female Dr colleague ( so sorry that I can't remember her name) along with the anaesthetist. I cannot tell you how amazing all of the staff were to me from booking the appointment with Shirley and then arriving at the day surgery right through to Swift ward at the end of the day. Mr Day took the time to visit me on the ward at the end of a long day to check I was okay and to advise me of the surgery he performed. The care was exceptional and all of the staff should feel very proud that they are caring for patients who can be anxious. Long may our NHS continue and maybe it is time we all stood together as a nation to help them earn a rightful wage and more resource. I know there are organisations already in operation and I intend to support the cause more aggressively than I have to date. Thank youa nd much appreciated Sally :)"
