"Whole shopping experience ruined by one staff member who treated us very condescendingly and tried to sell us the more expensive option at all times, being very pressuring and manipulative and then trying to sell us extras by making us feel like fools if we didn't buy them. Other lady on shift was quite nice, but seemed her opinion was just overlooked by her colleague. Expect a really uncomfortable experience if said staff member is around."
