Great Free:

"Needed insulation boards worth £1800 for the next day's work, got there at 4.49pm, and two of the employees had closed the stored and panicked when they saw me. They were supposed to be open till 5pm. I asked one of them "were you not supposed to close at 5pm", he replied, "what you after?". I informed him I needed insulation, of course, he was not opening the shutters again so fobbed me off and asked to come back the next day. Would I go back to that store? Erm, No!"
