"Ordered 3 items. Out of which 2 are delivered, 1 is Defective and another is wrong product. Ridiculous after sales service. No follow up call backs after complaining.Waited for things to be sorted for almost a month but on no use. I am returning the items which ha e been delivered and cancelling the one which is on order. Please DO NOT waste your money and time on this so called brand name. I would give negative stars if I had option to. Update: DFS is binding me and not allowing me to cancel the 3rd item which is yet on order, as it is made to order. Simple unbelievable. How you get stuck with such companies."

"General manager was extremely rude. Did not help us though he was free. I assume it’s due to our age. A young shop assistant with glasses wearing a suit was very helpful. A real shame others are not as willing to help as he is."

"The absolute worst customer service (or severe lack of it) If your going to order anything from DFS do not do it from this store. I originally had my order confirmed in the beginning of August, as of yet I have not yet received it. I send emails and I'm lucky if I get a reply after a week. Customer service call center staff are great and helpful but even they cannot get through to this branch and even when they do and I'm told that a member of that branch will contact me, I don't get any calls or emails. Seriously avoid this branch at all costs!"

"Excellent and knowledgeable service from here in placing the order. However.....needed to make a small change to the order. 1. No direct telephone number of the store. 2. Email sent - automated reply.... "We are currently experiencing a very high volume of emails. Please be assured that we will get to your enquiry as soon as possible, please do not send any further emails until we have responded". Very high volume?? On a Sunday?? Do not send any further emails?? Really?? Time will tell..."

"Store looked great. A really helpful salesman (I think his name was Mitesh) was so helpful, his knowledge of the sofa and sizes was so good. The sofa we specifically wanted to see in person was no longer available to see in store, he used his tablet and displayed it on a nearby massive TV screen."
