The Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation Clinic
● Open“I'd had terrible problems with a pain in my right leg. I'd visited a chiropractor, who following 5 treatments, had left me with continuous pain. I ended up having spinal surgery, due to a prolapsed disc in my L2/3 region. I was reluctant to have anybody else touch my back, following my bad experience. The hospital said that I should have physiotherapy. I found TP&RC on the chartered society of physiotherapists website. I've had 2 sessions so far with Nadine & can so far say what a fantastic improvement in my mobility. Still a long way to go. My spine will take up to 3 months to heal & the nerve damage anything up to 18months. Just want to say a big thank you to TP&RC for setting me a good program.”

Resilient Rehab Physiotherapy and Sports Injuries Clinic (Erith)
● Closed“I injured my wrist in a freakish accident 3 years ago. I left it and gradually as I stopped using my arm as much it became weaker and pain developed in my elbow, shoulder and neck. Washing my car or doing my garden would leave me in pain for days. In February this year, I decided to see a physio but was a bit skeptical as I had seen 3 or 4 in but did no like them. I found Dan on Google and he diagnosed me on the first appointment. He put in place specific programmes which I followed assiduously and 3 months after I was discharged after being in pain for years. My pain is literally gone, my arm feels stronger and I have been going to the gym lifting light weight. I will be adding more weights gradually as I am getting more confident. Dan is very friendly and was available on the phone or email when I had questions. I would wholeheartedly recommend him. Thank you Dan!”

Response Physio & Sports Therapy Dartford
● Closed“FANTASTIC!!! Samantha is amazing. I have progressed more with Sam, than any other physiotherapy that I have been having. Samantha is so friendly and even if I don’t get to see her each week, she knows where I am regarding my recovery, as soon as I arrive and then improves my progress by the end of the session. All with praise, encouragement and getting me to believe I could get full recovery in my hand, which I don’t get from any other physio appointments I have elsewhere. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! THANK YOU!!!!”

Active Pet
● Closed“My wife Karen and I have been recommended to take our Golden Retriever to see Philippa by our orthopaedic vet to have physiotherapy with her because of a very unusual and rare condition he has which Philippa is very knowledgeable of and will be able to help us. We have spoken to her twice. We were anxious and upset but she completely put our minds at rest by explaining to us calmly and what to do up to my appointment and not to worry and she has been so kind and helpful and superbly knowledgeable about his condition. Philippa took so much time to explain to us what our gorgeous boy has and we have every confidence going to visit her. We would have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone who needs to go to Active Pets she also has a lovely receptionist, Hope, who was so kind and helpful also. As We all know when our pets are unwell it is very upsetting but to be able to speak and see someone who is professional, kind and caring is a huge relief. We are 100 per cent confident she will help us and she comes highly recommended from a top orthopaedic surgeon who we have known and trusted for decades.”

Pure Sports Medicine Canary Wharf
● Closed“Sinead Delanay is, very simply put, the best health professional I have ever interacted with -- by a long way! My full recovery following shoulder surgery is largely due to her skill, professionalism and attention to detail, always going the extra mile to think of different ways to keep exercises relevant and specific to my sport, as well as interesting enough so that I'd stay motivated. I cannot recommend her enough, not only for her expertise on shoulders and knee injuries/surgery, but also for her impeccable approach to physical therapy overall.”
