"This is a totally overdue review! A few years back I started training in the gym trying to get fit again. Not long into my training I suffered serious back pain. I got in touch with Richu who assessed me and managed to help me with an exercise programme and stretches to help strengthen my core and protect my back. I haven’t been had back pain since and I still incorporate stretches when I can. When I say I struggled it was 2 years of serious back pain. It’s been 5 years since I met Richu and she’s absolutely changed my life."

"Richu is absolutely incredible. I had been suffering with plantar fasciitis for months in extreme ongoing pain. She was able to assess me and then create a exercise plan to help work on stretching my muscles. She was able to provide me with a great variety of exercises and kept track of my improvements along the way, adjusting if necessary. Thanks to her im no longer in pain anymore!! She is truly amazing at what she does and has such a great reassuring and encouraging presence Thanks again Richu!!"

I found the session challenging enough without being too much and learned some new exercises and stretches that I have added to my daily practice.
