Move Clinics
● Closed“Brittany is one of the best Pilates teachers and physios I have ever been to. Being a physio myself I am super picky when it comes to who treats me/teaches me Pilates and it took me a long time to find someone who delivers excellent therapy. Brittany is very hands on and is constantly on my case if I am not doing an exercise with correct technique. She knows my limits and really does push me to the point whereby I am seeing improvements. Thank you Brittany - I am not sure where I would be without you!”

Therapies
● Closed“I have worked from Therapies for 12 years or more now. The treatment rooms have everything needed, including a wash hand basin, are welcoming and decorated really nicely. There is also storage space, a kitchen and w.c. plus a separate room for talking therapies Everything is well maintained, clean and secure. Ideal for transport links, with ample parking nearby. A variety of therapies on offer to attract new clients and everyone is friendly and supportive towards each other. I have made some good friends and am really happy working from here. The owner couldn’t be more helpful and encouraging. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a pleasant working environment with flexible and value for money options.”

Broomfield Hospital
● Open“Referred to by my GP as a matter of urgency I attended the Bloomfield A+E with some trepidation. I could not have been more wrong although very busy in at 2.15pm out at 5.30pm following 2 consultations, blood tests with results and a CT scan. All the staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. Only one negative thing the doctor could not give me prescription for an outside pharmacy as there were no forms and the hospital pharmacy closed dead on 5.30pm which meant I had to return the following day. But I give them 5 stars compared to the Queens in Romford which is more like a third world country war zone.”

Downham Health & Leisure Centre
● Closed“Been at the leisure centre for 2 months now and it's been nothing but brilliant! Big spacious gym with a wide range of equipment. Free weight area could be bigger as I often can't find an opportunity to jump in. There can also be groups of younger people who gather around the equipment just chatting and not really doing much (saw one young couple kissing for about ten minutes by one of the stations) which can clog up areas for large amounts of time, but this isn't the leisure centres fault. Tried a body pump class last week and really enjoyed it plus the pool is a nice added bonus. All in all its great value for money and the 1life add ons and virtual work outs are great too. It's the most motivated I've been at a gym and feel like it's the gym for me. Staff are always friendly and helpful too.”

I am very much looking for further treatment. He is not just doing medical treatment but does some types of diet. And in the consultation room, I could receive so much of learnings from him, so I can get to know exactly how my body works and why symptoms occured. Also other workers are always very kind and supper supportive to me. (lots of healthy food/goods are available there.”

Gym Clinic
● Closed“I've been a member of the Gym Clinic for around a year and a half and in that time the gym has gone from strength to strength. It is a professionally operated, private gym that caters for both novices and advance trainees. The gym itself has a number of cardio machines including treadmills, spinning bikes, cross trainers, rowing machine and step machine - along with this it has a full range of resistance machines to work every major muscle group. The machines themselves are placed in an organised location and are very accessible to new trainees who may find some free weight exercises quite daunting. The gym also has a boxing ring where classes/ 1-2-1 sessions are held for a variety of trainee levels and ages - a great edition to any gym and gives the members something you won’t find in most privately run places. The free weights area boast 3 benches, an adjustable bench press going from 180 to 90 degrees, dual cable machines with a variety of attachments, a squat rack with optional safety mechanisms and a 3D 'Jones Machine' which offers the safety of a 'Smith Machine' but with lateral movement as well as vertical. Along with these machines there are free weights ranging from 1kg up to 50kg, weight plates from 1.25kg to 25kg and assorted barbells. Lastly there is a small area outside that has a number of punching bags as well as some tyres and sledge hammers so that trainees can try some more unique approaches to cardio/strength training. The kit itself is in fantastic condition, with the cardio and resistance machines being brand new and top of the range - while also being divided into approachable locations so that new members and trainees should not feel any intimidation with using any of the equipment; especially since they all have instructions on how best to use the machines. The members are incredibly friendly, and the gym has a family vibe to it - where people of all levels mix and help create an atmosphere that is both welcoming and pleasant to exercise in. This aspect is certainly something that gives the gym clinic an edge to commercial gyms where most members are anonymous to each other; never really exchanging pleasantries or training experiences - certainly not the case here. Though despite the professional kit the gym carries, it is certainly not a 'male' gym - the membership is split quite evenly between men and women which again helps create an inviting atmosphere. The gym comes with locker facilities as well as 3 small showers that are cleaned regularly. My only criticism would be some of the lockers are faulty and so it can be difficult to find a spare locker from time to time; but this is hardly much of an issue. Overall the gym is a fantastic place to exercise - offering professional trainers, modern kit, a friendly atmosphere and at a modest fee without tying you into a long contract.”

Pureform Clinic Beckenham
● Closed“I've had a injury in my neck that didn't allow me to move freely or painless for more than a week. After my first session with Tom Cornish it was a massive improvement, I started to move better and without pain. Not only the sessions but also the exercise program provided to be done by myself made my recovery time less painful and shorter. I highly recommend Pureform clinic and Mr Tom Cornish.”

Epsom Physiotherapy and Sport Injury Clinic Ltd
● Closed“We first came across the wonder that is John Fitzpatrick when he was working within the NHS and boy were we were very lucky to find John. My husband had suffered a severe road accident injury and we were advised by the surgeon that he would never get full range of motion back. Thanks to the dedication and detremination of John, my husband surpassed all expectations, the best day ever was when he walked into see John on crutches and came out later with just a walking stick. We have been to John a few times over the years and he has always managed to sort out our injuries, strains ans sprains. I would not hesitate to recomend John and the other Physios at tbe practice.”

Calmer Clinics
● Closed“Booked in with Alexia due to suffering with lower back pain for around a year after an injury. I had seen a different osteopath a couple of times previously and although he had relieved my symptoms temporarily... they kept coming back in exactly the same way. It felt like Alexia took my issue on as a project! She explained everything extremely well, made it very obvious that she knew her stuff and made me feel confident that i could recover from my pain. Alexia provided exercises that would help me correct my back issues after her treatment that have worked amazingly!! I have seen Alexia 3 times so far and i'm 99% pain free.”
