Good selection of food types and treats for many types of pets. Staff are knowledgeable and helpful if you have a question to ask.”

“I went a few months ago to get done an industrial piercing in my ear. The piercer was super nice and explained to me everything I need to know and do for the helping process as takes really long to heal. He checked my anatomy and done it in a different way as I had in mind but it was perfect and I just feel a bit pain but maybe just because there is two holes. The piercing was a bit tricky to heal during 3 months even thought I used the saline spray that they recommended me. I started to use another product to clean it and now is completely perfect. I'm more than happy with this clinic because they are really professional.”

“I've used this garage twice now. The first time I had a small accident in a car park, where my rear bumber became slighltly removed and I had two holes in it. I initially took the car to the Toyota garage, where they were going to charge me £1.5k to replace the bumper, they said that's the only thing they could do. I then took it to Ads, who gave me two options, they could either replace the bumber for £700 (basically half price), or they could push the bumper in and sand over and paint over the holes. They were very honest and said it wouldn't be perfect, but they would get it 90% of the way there. I chose to do the cheaper option and to be honest, you wouldn't be able to notice, it was pretty much perfect. The second time my brake pads became rusty, and they fixed them within the day. A really friendly, honest service. A real contrast to a big garage like a toyota one, where it felt like they didn't care.”

Their CACI facials are miraculous - each and every time, my face is lifted and I look so much younger. I always leave The Retreat looking and feeling fabulous. Every single member of staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. In the run up to my wedding in 2018, I was there so much I felt like part of the family :-)”

I was very skeptical that something might go wrong with my choice of design but the people there proved me wrong. The workers there are super nice , super Friendly and very listenable and calm too as well.
