"Sadly this place has gone downhill. I first started using this salon in 2020 and the technicians and service was impeccable. However things have changed. Most of the staff have left and been replaced. But most importantly, appointments are not prioritised over walk ins. If someone walks in at the time of your appointment just before you do the salon takes the walk in as a priority over your appointment with no communication about this until you ask after sitting and waiting patiently to be called. I’m now trying another salon since this is the third time in a row I’ve had to wait, come back another day or have half of the treatments I have booked for."

"Sadly, I will never come here again. I usually do my own gel nails that last up to 3 weeks but as a treat, I went to get them done by a professional. The man who served me completely rushed his way through them (took 15 mins); he got gel polish all over my skin and when I asked him to remove it, he simply said it would chip off in time; I then spent 30 mins at home tidying them all up and to top it all off, 8 days later they’ve all lifted and I’ve just peeled them all off. Definitely not worth £20!"
