“Thumbs up from me for an impressive service, the guys at Hobbs are very knowledgeable and very helpful, had an MOT booked first thing Tuesday morning, checked car over Monday (nothing like leaving it to the last minute) and found an LED mirror indicator unit wasn't working, phoned Hobbs as there seemed to be variations of the product, but within minutes they had found the part, (genuine replacement , which was also around a third cheaper) ordered one and had in in the shop in a matter of hours, allowing me to collect it, fit it, and keep my MOT appointment. Thank you guys. Oh and yes it did pass.”

“Had the misfortune to be reversed into whilst stationary in a car park. This was potentially tricky as there was a fault dispute despite me having a witness also stationary behind me... Fleetline took care of everything from dealing with my insurance company, appointing a 'non-fault accident management company' and had the car in very quickly indeed. I was actually in a like for like courtesy car in a day. What I liked most (even though the car came back literally better than when I bought it) was how clear and hassle free the whole process was. I was kept informed at all stages and they even dropped the car off to the detailing company and dropped it back to me. They were able to fit me in next-day during the holiday season which most other surgeries weren't able to do and gave me an appointment for tooth removal within a week, taking care to making sure it was suited to my schedule.
