“I had been experiencing an issue with my passenger side window which had started to malfunction for a few months prior. Having bought my vehicle into two different garages (audi approved specialist & a friends garage) both failed to diagnose & rectify the headache. Feeling perplexed & deflated I thankfully then decided to reach out to MC Autos who subsequently investigated the matter, established the problem & resolved the issue. “Visited today and was met by Michael really friendly helpful man. My mum was with me and we needed 2 new tyres on her disability vehicle. Michael looked after us while we waited ensuring at all times my mum was comfortable on the chairs in reception. Michael also parked the car right by the front door once it was finished so my mum didn’t have far to walk in the rain. This guy has exceptional customer service and goes above and beyond for all clients who visit. “Patience and respect is definitely a virtue here - a repair that was quoted £2,500.00 elsewhere (from both dealers and independent garages for quotes and this was the cheapest) was solved for less than £500. I thank you for your help and will not be going elsewhere with my families cars.
