DoubleTree by Hilton London - Chelsea
● Open“The entire experience in the hotel was fantastic, nothing to complain about ! Rooms are quite comfortable, spacious and well equipped (even with a kettle and accessible plugs for 'European design'). The location of the hotel is excellent: a few kilometres from the center of London and a train station in 1 minute walk away . The professionalism of the staff is also to be highlighted. We have made our check-in with Harris, who in a very smooth and didactic way gave us the most important information about the reservation and facilities. The Housekeeping team is highest quality as well; the room was in the best condition as possible when we arrived, and the cleaning service the day after was successfully completed. We also really liked the fact that the workers greeted us when we passed each other in the corridor. It is something that seems to be unimportant, but I think it does matter and you do it ! Finally, the bar has a long and diverse menu of food and drinks to offer, and they have the possibility to deliver in room. The girl who was there when I went to have a drink was quite pleasant in her guest treat and efficient doing her work. Congratulations to the whole team !”

Premier Inn London Kensington (Earl's Court) hotel
● Open“Excellent Hotel in a great location. Just a short walk from Earl's Court Station, and a lot of choices to eat nearby. Great Rooms, so nice and and quiet, as well as comfortable. Very friendly staff, particularly Kelly who was so helpful. One of our favourite places to stay in London.”

Hilton London Hyde Park
● Open“We had a lovely stay in the property from 19 December till 25 December. The property is very well situated and although we have some "issues" with the room initially, the response of the front desk staff and the manager was exemplary. I must give specific commendation to Sehrish who took our feedback extremely professionally and responded to us sincerely and adequately. We left the hotel feeling really positive about our 6 days of stay. Thank you and we will not hesitate to rebook the same property when we visit London again”

Radisson Blu Edwardian Grafton Hotel, London
● Open“I had a lovely stay here. I somehow managed to pick a quiet room, bit of an odd shape and the lighting is quite harsh, I asked housekeeping if they had a lamp and they brought one straight up. The overhead lighting was too much. It could benefit from lamps in the room to create a better ambience. The bedding was wonderful, a really great quality mattress topper. I slept like a baby. The room has everything you need. The breakfasts were outstanding. I had a 4 day stay so tried something different every day. The staff are really kind and genuine. This would be my go to hotel. It even has a lovely little gym. Also a nice touch was an ice machine on my floor which I used. Water in the room. Fridge, ironing board and iron. Hairdryer. Tea and coffee. Lovely products in the bathroom. Great temperature controls or fresh air from the windows. I stayed at the back of the hotel incase of traffic noise. You are essentially on top of the tube but I actually found that lulled me to sleep! Highly recommend.”

Berwick Manor Hotel
● Open“Really lovely hotel, secluded away from a lot of the hustle and bustle. One minor thing was that the double bed in our room was actually two single mattresses together and we weren't made aware of this at any time.”

Sheraton Heathrow Hotel
● Open“I stayed at this hotel for one night. It's located near Heathrow airport, and you can take a bus to terminals 2, 3, and 5 or book a shuttle bus service to pick you up at the hotel. The staff were friendly, and the hotel provided everything you might need for your stay, including toiletries, drinks, an iron, and towels. The bed and pillows were very soft and comfortable, and there's a small fitness center located on the ground floor behind the elevator, with towels provided inside. The breakfast was okay and suited my taste. The omelette and hash browns were delicious. Plus, there's a McDonald's nearby if you're looking for a quick meal. Overall, this is a great hotel to stay at before continuing your journey into the city of London or taking a flight. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay near Heathrow airport. ✈️”

The Mandolay Hotel
● Closed“Amazing service!! The hotel is amazing! Went for a short stay for a cosy room and was worth the price. The room was equipped with good facilities to use such as a kettle, snacks, and toiletries. The staff are friendly and there was always a staff at reception to help us with anything. The hotel also let us leave our luggage there so by the end of the day we could collect it.”

Holiday Inn London - Wembley, an IHG Hotel
● Open“Awesome value for money. I booked this hotel spontaneously during the COVID situation. The staff were so polite and accommodating speaking to them on the phone beforehand. The room was very clean and very comfortable - the bed in our superior room was a mile wide - I collapsed after a long day and had a deep, refreshing sleep. In our home we only have a shower so we took advantage of a lovely bath and enjoyed a long soak. We have a car and the car parking was fairly priced and very convenient. It is on site and underground - you can drive in, check in then sweep round in to the garage. Do watch out during busy traffic the turn in could be easily missed. In short - I would highly recommend this place - enjoy your stay!”

Hampton by Hilton London Croydon
● Open“First time in this hotel. In city centre, very close to public transport, no car park but Ruskin Square parking opposite the hotel and the ticket can get validated. Room smaller than expected but we'll equipped. Service great! If I remember correctly the name of the staff- Menaj- went out of his way- evening and breakfast - to help. I saw another guest going and thanking staff for the service, and said he's been using the hotel frequently and they are always very helpful. I will definitely use this hotel again.”

York & Albany Hotel
● Closed“Had a horrible experience at another hotel(bed bugs). Called 20+ hotels on a Saturday at 3am. They got us in straight away, with a £50 discount each night too. The receptionist was absolutely lovely, set the room up for us a little bit of radio and an extra heater as it was a freezing night all within half an hour. Amazing service from the start. Still got a few days left but a lovely place and staff are great.”

DoubleTree by Hilton London - Victoria
● Open“Travelled for business. Stayed for one night. Upgraded to a king room and amazing breakfast. Staff is attentive and the service was beyond anything I've come to expect being someone who travels quite often. Rooms were quiet and bed was comfortable. The location is close to everything you'll need especially if you're visiting London for tourism. 100% will stay next time I'm in the city.”

Delta Hotels by Marriott Bexleyheath
● Open“Didn't stay in this hotel but had a Virgin experience for my Christmas present last year from my daughter for two people. Had to use before it expired 7 Dec 2022 for a luxury pamper and spa experience. Lovely Hotel with the most gorgeous swimming pool and spa. I would actually become a paid membership to use the pool if it also included aqua aerobics etc. My sister and I really enjoyed swimming in the nice warm water, then relaxing in the spa afterwards. We both had a 55 minute full body massage. Both agreed best massage we have ever had. I have had loads in various countries and here at home. What a Shame that the new owners are closing this lovely hotel and it's luxury pool down on 9th December 2022. Some other people in the changing areas were also not happy it was closing. They had held memberships of over 20 years for the leisure facilities. Wish it hadn't taken myself so long to find the perfect pool, only to find out it is to be closed down in a few weeks!!”

Westciti Caroco Apart Hotel
● Open“Positive: Kitchen has everything needed, big smart TV, big table, comfortable bed and sofa, heating, regular cleaning, gym, 10 minute walk to the train station. Great and friendly staff. Manager Muhammad is the best, helped me twice to extend the stay right before checkouts. Negative: Ceiling is pretty thin, so you can hear people above walking. Small things in the bathroom like loose toilet seat and leaky soap dispenser.”

Bridgewood Manor Hotel & Spa
● OpenWalderslade Woods, Blue Bell Hill, Chatham ME5 9AX, United Kingdom“This is really a very nice Motel, I've stayed here three times when working in Chatham. A little tidying and maintenance is due here and there, but certainly nothing wrong at all to put a person off. Food is gorgeous. A must try is the Bavette steak as it is lovely.”

Holiday Inn London - Shepperton, an IHG Hotel
● Open“We held a charity Ladies Lunch and Fashion Show at the newly refurbished Holiday Inn, Shepperton, and it was amazing. From the initial contact and throughout the process all requests/arrangements were met with a positive ‘no problem’ attitude. Under the leadership of the amazing Sandra the whole team were warm, friendly and professional throughout the day. Rooms were provided for the models and choir to get ready in and the main event took place in a beautifully prepared dining room. Nearly 150 guests dined on fantastic food - all delicious, promptly served, and the hot food was hot! This is an annual event, but our first time at this venue, and we will certainly be back - our guests will insist on it! Well done and our grateful thanks to everyone involved. Pam Ling event organiser.”

St George's Hotel
● Open“St George is an ok hotel with great potential. It would benefit from little improvements but it’s surely better than many in Wembley. Think of it at Hilton minus large elegant entrance and grandeur. Everything works fine and the beds are comfortable. Showers. 3* for my palette.”
-
Holiday Inn Express London - Golders Green (A406), an IHG Hotel
● Open“This is a great value hotel for families. Stayed for 2nights, one adult and 2 teens and it was great. The room was clean and spacious enough and the breakfast was good. The sofa bed was surprisingly comfy as it didn't seem like it would be. The nearest tube is a bus ride away but the buses are frequent and the bus stop is right outside. Although the hotel is very close to the busy north circular the sound proofing is great. We had a family with a baby in the next room but never heard a thing. A short drive from the M1 and free parking make it an easy get in and get out for anyone coming from the north. Lovely staff too.”

Connaught House Hotel (Excel)
● OpenLynx Way, London E16 1JR, United Kingdom“Room was clean, and the bed was very comfy. Decent price as well. Was worried about noise that close to city airport bit didn't need to. The sound proofing was good and it was very quiet and plenty of parking.Only minor downside was the size of the bathroom in my room. Functional but very cramped ( toilet squashed between shower and wall). Didn't eat there as was out with friends but the food smelt good.”
