“I had my cat reside at this lovely home from home cat hotel for the first time recently. I was apprehensive about how he might cope, never having been away before. I need not have worried. Sarah gives a wonderful caring service, and clearly loves looking after cats and thinks of it as a privilege! Max settled easily, and was slways so relaxed when I popped in. Regular updates were provided and great photos attached. It is obvious that the cats who stay at Dulverton get the 5 star treatment, and health and cleanliness are attended to. The cat hotel is very spotlessly clean, and warm and comfortable.... I would highly recommend this establishment for any cat.”

“I would absolutely recommend Longcroft to anyone who is looking for someone to take care of their cat while they are away. Leaving your cat for the first time can feel daunting but Loria was a complete professional and I felt absolutely confident that Rosie was safe and well. Loria really understood all my questions and concerns and was very reassuring. The whole process was very well organised - making everything totally seamless. The regular email updates were really lovely and for the first time I felt like I could relax and not have to worry while I was on holiday. The rooms are lovely and clean and Loria provides fantastic toys and entertainment for the cats - she really goes the extra mile. Rosie appeared completely unfazed by the experience and that is surely the sign of a great stay!”

“My kitten Crumble recently stayed at the Longcroft in Cole Green for his first holiday away from home. I was so apprehensive to leave him but knew the facilities and care at Longcroft were first class and I was not wrong. Ali was amazing - she took such great care of crumble and kept me updated throughout his stay with pictures of him looking so relaxed and happy. I couldn't recommend them higher!”

“This was the first time I had used Now Boarding and certainly won't be the last. Both Kate and Geoff are very friendly and care about you and your pets. The fact that Kate is a trained veterinary was very beneficial. My bunny is a house rabbit and I knew she would be ok in their heated hotel, plenty of room in her hut with a potty too. They listen to your habits you have and keep them going while your bunny stays with them. I even loved that when I messaged to ask if she was ok they were very informative with their response which put my mind at ease that she was settled ok. Thanks again for looking after my baby.”

“Our little chappy has just completed a weeks stay at Hotel Dachshund and I genuinely think he had a better holiday than we did! Sam is a true lover of sausage dogs and offered the 5* home from home treatment you'd want (and more!), after visiting kennels I just knew it wouldn't be right for our sausage - therefore so pleased we discovered Hotel Dachshund. Sam was incredible at keeping us informed whilst we were away and photo galore which personally we loved! It was incredible to see him play with others and make new friends - leaving you stress free to enjoy your holiday! An incredible boarding service that we'll definitley return for! “Eric and Julia have been an incredible help! They assisted my family and me throughout the booking experience as well as the check in to checking out nearby locations to visit. We had an issue with a payment error and they immediately took action to resolve it. Eric help so much by translating and accommodating my family with any issues. “I’ve used Suma farm for many years, my girl can be a little shy with new people but the staff filled me with confidence that she would be fine and when I picked her up it was obvious that the staff genuinely cared about the cats almost like they were there own. Would recommend Suma farm cat hotel to all owners who want a high welfare friendly experience.”

“There was a small mishap in my reservation, but the staff was so accommodating and kind, I was never worried about my stay there. Truly a 5-star hotel in my opinion. Staff was super friendly, helpful, and kind. The room was amazing…luxurious, beautiful, posh. Turndown service every evening with candies left on the bed. As a woman traveling alone, they made me feel safe, welcome, and looked after. Champagne afternoon tea service was amazing!! Be prepared to eat a lot. Tea was fantastic…I miss it already. Dinner at Chenestons was ok. The food was well prepared, but the choices on the menu weren’t anything I was excited about. Cocktails in the lounge were the finest! Angelo is an amazing mixologist; incredibly creative and knowledgeable in his craft. Their smoked old fashioned is a must have. And ask Claire to make a hot toddy…you won’t be disappointed! The breakfast was equally amazing as the tea service. I had the smoked salmon scrambled eggs on toast. So delicious! The hotel is right across from Hyde Park which has numerous walking paths for a leisurely stroll after breakfast or afternoon tea. If it’s a rainy day, their doorman will set you up with one of their umbrellas. The concierge staff was very helpful and kind. One man asked for reservations for somewhere that served beef Wellington for him and his wife. The concierge called around, found a restaurant, checked on available reservations, let the guest know, and booked it for him. They'll call taxis for you, set up tours, etc. Excellent customer service!”

“My daughter & I spent 9 nights here before the beginning of her study-abroad program. We'd selected a hotel in eastern London to be closer to the Goldsmith's campus; this was lucky for us as we happened to be there during the funeral for Queen Elizabeth II (thus we were well out of the way of the crowds and closed-off streets). The room was comfortable and had a great shower. Loved the comfort of the beds and pillows. Room service was fast and great. All staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome. The hotel is 2 or 3 minutes from a Tube station which was very convenient. The Tower of London/Tower Bridge was about 8 minutes walking time away. Felt perfectly safe in the neighborhood and many pubs & restaurants were within 20 minutes walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.”

“27 August- 2 September 2022 The front desk service was very attentive and professional. We were greeted by Xinchen Li Guest Relations Manager whom was so so helpful. Her PR is excellent and took us in with open arms. The hotel ambience was warm and welcoming with the right mix of traditional, classic charm with a contemporary feel. We are enjoying every minute in your esteem hotel. The doorman remembers our name and welcoming us every time when we returned. Our room was deluxe, clean and fresh, lovely bed and amenities. The bathroom is very clean and fresh and all we need is there. Everybody from staff is friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful stay, location is great too, a short stroll to the tube station. We will definitely come back!”

“Unreal hotel. My mom and I stayed 1 night here on our UK road trip. The property is gorgeous, the hotel itself is crazy beautiful. Every person who worked there was so nice to the both of us. I even got nice room upgrade to a cute suite. The bed was comfortable, the room was cozy and the shower was amazing. We love a waterfall shower. Would definitely stay here again. The breakfast in the morning was delicious too!”

Everything was perfect, we loved the quirky design of the property and the funny corridors up to the floors Cheers to Carlo for making our room absolutely stunning with some romantic decoration, it was a great surprise for my partner Breakfast was tasty and staff very welcoming Location is a bit of a walk for the closest station but not so difficult to get to the city center We will be back in this hotel for sure”

“Really nice hotel. Rooms aren't massive but big enough, they are well appointed. Good coffee machine (Nespresso), and bathroom with rainfall shower. Rooms service is really good and the staff are all very nice. This hotel is in sight of houses of parliament. If you fancy getting out pop down to Vauxhall Arches to the food hall, a really great place to find lots of different cuisine. It's not the cheapest but it's a great location. Breakfast looked decent, I didn't eat the hot but it looked nice. Lots of choice.”

The rooms are well proportioned with a comfy bed. The reception and bar staff are very attentive and always happy to help. I had an amazing view out over the O2 arena, but all directions have something to see. More expensive than most hotels I stay in, but worth it!”

The staff were lovely and service was excellent. If you're travelling with a partner you'd want to be very comfortable with each other as the en suite bathroom had thin frosted glass walls!”

“The Intercontinental was lovely. By London standards, very good sized rooms. We decided to upgrade to a room with a view & we were happy we did. The staff was great & everyone we interacted with at the hotel was kind and accommodating. We very much enjoyed our stay! The price was a whopping 1197£ a night on booking but was able to find it the cheapest on Locktrip for 658£ a night, if you do this little trick and add this code L2M5Y before login you get it even cheaper, enjoy.”

“This hotel is amazing, I stayed for 4 nights in the King deluxe room the rooms were clean & housekeeping team was lovely. The pool, spa & gym was fantastic, the only downside is having to pay a £20 fee to use the spa, besides that I Would definitely recommend and will be a returning guest!☺️”
