"Really lovely hotel, secluded away from a lot of the hustle and bustle. One minor thing was that the double bed in our room was actually two single mattresses together and we weren't made aware of this at any time."

"My mum had her wedding here and stayed in the hotel for the night, the room was lovely and the staff were Amazing. The venue was so lovely and so we’re the staff! They were always around and helpful when you needed something would recommend this lovely venue/hotel 100%! Thank you for making my mums day special"

"If you want to sleep with different peoples hair then book here. Found hair literally all over my hotel room. I was locked in the bathroom for 20 mins, I was moved room and still found hair everywhere, including the mattress and towels in the bathroom. Check the mattresses and pillows. I was refused a refund and have been told the rooms “reached cleanliness standard”. After physically removing hairs myself all throughout my stay, I’m basically being told I am lying about my complaint."

"We booked this last minute really & it was cheaper than the rest. 1st floor room 1, stairs or lift. Room was really cold, put radiator on as soon as we arrived. Which pumped heat out if you stood next to it, took a while to warm the room. Huge bathroom. Big double bed, however whenever you moved or turned over the bed squeaked badly, but comfy. Thin duvet cover but was actually quite warm. No do not disturb sign, (we dont like anyone in our roon whilst there). A bit dated & carpet could do with changing really. Didnt have breakfast as was up to early, think it starts at 7am. Snacks/burgers in bar from 6-9pm. Would stay again if nothing else around."
