“Really great hotel, we had a stop over at Heathrow so booked this hotel. Our flight ended up delayed by 3 hours so was really glad to have a room. Absolutely no issues with check in. The room was clean and bed comfy great value for money and really easy to get to from terminal 4. There's a 24hr Costa so we did that for breakfast but there is a buffet on till 10:30. Really easy nice stay. Would recommend.”

“Arrived after 2 weeks in Morocco. The hotel was connected to terminal 4 through an easy walk through a covered walkway. Check in was easy with a very helpful and pleasant front desk agent (Susanne). The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. Good cold beer at the restaurant and the food was good. Would definitely recommend this hotel for flying out of Heathrow.”

“Good for an easy stay near Heathrow, Sunday rates very affordable. Closely the tube station and just 3 stops from Terminal 1/2/3. Added late checkout is very handy for £10. Rooms typical Travelodge with adequate facilities for a short, basic stay.”

“The Park Grand is a very nice hotel very clean and lovely rooms with excellent facilities and very friendly staff. Stayed one night after going to Twickenham and had drinks in the bar and dinner in the restaurant. The menu was mostly Indian food which I like very much and is cooked on demand not microwaved out of the freezer, there are some alternatives, but it is Indian focused. The garlic naans are among the best I have ever had, and I've been going to India for 25 years at least. A great night's sleep in a comfy bed and finished off the stay with a full buffet style breakfast with fresh cooked eggs etc far too much to tell without typing all day but let's just say it was so good that I went round twice, and it was good value. The only downside is the fact that parking is very limited, however we did get a space, so all was well.”

“This place is a real jewel. Just loved it! Rooms are kept super clean each day. The staff is A++. They will go above board to help you in any way possible. Very close to airport added bonus. I would definitely book this hotel again.”

“The receptionist was lovely! The hotel was clean and nicely furnished with decorations. My room was very good clean and cozy comfortable bed. And the breakfast was lovely. The kitchen staff was friendly and also loved the bar It was a pleasant place. overall I'm really happy with my stay. :-)”

“My two cats stayed with Jen for nearly 2.5 months, unexpectedly much longer than initially planned, after moving to the UK and were wonderfully looked after. Jen loves animals and treats those staying with her like individuals and they adored her. Even the anxious one. The enclosure was spacious with a lovely garden view and reasonably priced, and Jen was very accommodating with regular visits and helping out with anything that was needed. But best of all was knowing my cats were in such caring hands during an unsettling time for all of us. The personal attention they got and the warmth in the recaps about what they (and their neighbours) had been up to during visits really drove it home. Even the courier who dropped off the cats from Heathrow described Jen as "a lovely lady". Highly, highly recommended.”

“I had a great stay at the apartment. The hosts were very accommodating, quick replies and very easy to get a hold of. The flat was lovely, had everything that you could need, very clean and easy to get to and from the airport. Very close to a tesco express so can easily get all the food you need. Would throughly recommend and definitely will be staying again! Thank you for having me!”

“It was only about 5 mins walk from Hounslow Central Station. The room was tiny but clean and the entire guest house smelling great! Bathroom was clean and has all the essentials. Staff was friendly and very accommodating. Very good impression and stay overall.”

“This hotel was huge and packed during our stay but that didn’t compromise the service. They don’t do daily cleaning but on request which was the only set back. I think the rooms needed a good deep clean. The breakfast buffet was huge and we really enjoyed it. The fresh made to order omelettes were my favorite.”

“Just came here for a cuppa hot chocolate with my partner. Place is fantastic to chill or even for a quick date. So chill and relaxing. The only disadvantage of it is that a chocolate is £4 and if you want a flavour, it's an additional £2. For a small cup of hot chocolate £6 is too much compared to other big brand coffee stores, but the taste of chocolate was nice.”

“I spent one night here before an international flight the following morning. This is a great option if you don’t want to deal with traveling the airport the morning of a flight. Check in was easy and very friendly. Hotel is easy to find when arriving at the terminal and the property is well kept and secure. The room was small and lacked a window, but it it was modern and just enough for one night. Great bathroom and super quiet. Only issue is that there are not many good dining options in this part of the airport.”

“Lovely base for our holiday. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Dining in in the evening was a bit pricey though. Children's portions were a bit mean, even for children size portions. Rooms were lovely , clean and comfortable.”

“I stayed in room 429 which was very spacious and very clean. The people working in the hotel were very friendly and helpful. There is a local takeaway places close by walking distance. There is also burger king WHSmith next door. Walking is absolutely free on site which is very handy.”

“I had a 12 hour layover at Heathrow and was looking for a reasonable hotel for day use close to the airport. This hotel totally fit the bill. The room was definitely basic, but for what I wanted it was great. Very close to the airport, convenient on the Hoppa or public transit buses. The room was very clean, comfy bed, a small desk to work on, good sized TV, good shower with plenty of hot water, very quiet even though the planes fly directly overhead, I couldn't hear them at all and was able to sleep for a few hours. Only one type of shampoo/soap and no other products, no hair dryer, but does have an electric kettle and fixings for coffee and tea. In short , way better than hanging out at the airport and all for under $50, which compared to other places I saw online is a true bargain. You can check in at 10:00 and check out at 18:00. The staff at reception was super helpful guiding me on transportation back to the airport.”
