"Very decent hotel was pleasantly surprised. Was a quick and cheap 1 night stay. The room was big enough for 3 of us and the bed and sofa bed were comfortable. Bathroom was fairly sized and clean. Tea and coffee and kettle in the room and tv had all the channels needed. The woman on reception Tesni was very friendly and helpful, big thank you to her for accommodating us so well."

"This place is a real jewel. Just loved it! Rooms are kept super clean each day. The staff is A++. They will go above board to help you in any way possible. Very close to airport added bonus. I would definitely book this hotel again."

"I didn’t quite enjoy this hotel. Whilst it covers basic needs for one night stay, there is not such thing as a bathroom. There is a room basin, a shower and a separate very small room with a toilet. The temperature is really high and cannot be set per room. The area is convenient to have nearby shops but it is a little dangerous at night with some obvious drug movements. For one quick night - yes, no problem - but not any longer than that."

"An averagely decent hospital located in Hounslow High Street. Hence easily accessible to major amenities like train and bus stations. Also affordable for what they offer. The hotel was clean. The downside is this: the noise is unbearable. If you lodge here, you're very unlikely to catch any sleep. There's lots of noise coming from the corridors, people laughing and yelling at each other, banging doors, running and making loud noises. This happened all night (literarily from 10pm till 6am). I raised this with the hotel but they did not do anything about it (if they did, there was no effect). I wondered if the hotel was run as a hostel. Even a back packers hostel has more decency. It was horrible and unbearable. Other aspects of the hotel were good. But the noise was something else especially as I had important events to attend the next day. Hence I'll rate it very low."

"Very good service! Staff were very friendly. Rooms were nice and clean. Just a walk away from tube. The lady behind the desk at reception was very welcoming and polite and went out her way to make sure all my needs were met! Will be staying again! Great service!"
