"Rooms are small but good. Well maintained. Amenities are fine. Biggest issue is that they have locked windows. Above average breakfast. Located close to Heathrow airport. Well connected by bus and Hounslow west station. Warm and polite reception staff like tasneem. Kudos to their hospitality"

"Wasn't expecting much, but for a budget hotel, this ticked every box. Good location for Heathrow, good prices, friendly staff, clean building, clean (if not enormous) room. Slept really well. Very pleased, will use them again! Update: second stay and great again. Seems the last occupant smoked in my room, but the staff immediately and cheerfully put me in another as soon as I told them. Top marks! A mere £57 for this stay, definitely a fave now."

"The reception staff was very friendly and helpful. The room has a good layout with plenty of USBS and the price was reasonable, However I could only give it one star because the AC only worked on heat and you could not open the window, and all they did for that was give me a fan to blow around more hot air. Also the coffee pot did not work. The cleaning staff must be subcontractors because don't bother asking them for anything because they can do nothing and know nothing, and barely speak English. I simply was not happy with my stay because of the room being so hot and sitting around sweating I had to leave the door open a lot to get a little bit of cool air in from the corridor. I paid for an air condition room, with a working coffee pot, but I did not get one. I recommend that as soon as you check in, if you stay here to check all those items in your assigned room and make sure everything is working in your room and if not demand that they give you another room right then before you unpack."

"I had a 12 hour layover at Heathrow and was looking for a reasonable hotel for day use close to the airport. This hotel totally fit the bill. The room was definitely basic, but for what I wanted it was great. Very close to the airport, convenient on the Hoppa or public transit buses. The room was very clean, comfy bed, a small desk to work on, good sized TV, good shower with plenty of hot water, very quiet even though the planes fly directly overhead, I couldn't hear them at all and was able to sleep for a few hours. Only one type of shampoo/soap and no other products, no hair dryer, but does have an electric kettle and fixings for coffee and tea. In short , way better than hanging out at the airport and all for under $50, which compared to other places I saw online is a true bargain. You can check in at 10:00 and check out at 18:00. The staff at reception was super helpful guiding me on transportation back to the airport."

"Needed a cheap hotel near Heathrow and this fitted the criteria perfectly. Great service from the bar staff who ran out of Guinness so could only pour me half a pint and they gave this to me and I had a larger instead. Pizza was very lovely. Room was clean, comfortable and warm. The hotel is serviced by a shuttle bus to Heathrow which starts running around 04:00 so suited me fine."
