● Open“Had a great experience here running a business event. The staff were friendly, helpful and went to great lengths to support my event. So much better experience than I had a while ago. I really enjoyed the event. Food was good, event facilities were good (screens, sound etc). ● Open“I was disappointed that there was no lift, as women travelling alone are always put on the top floor for some reason. My room was also the first one from the stairs. Fortunately I was only disturbed but one group of people shouting along the corridor. My main complaint, though, was the freezing cold water coming from the shower. When I mentioned this to the receptionist as I left, she told me I should have informed reception. When I said I'm not sure how when I was in the shower, she just said "oh". Update to previous review: I stayed here last weekend and it felt completely different to last time. The day before I arrived, one of the receptionists, Megan, rang to check if there was anything in particular that I required for my room. I have been staying in Premier Inns for years and have stayed in loads of them and this has never happened before. She asked if I was coming for a special occasion and I mentioned it was my birthday the previous day and that I was visiting my daughter. When I arrived in my room, I found a box of chocolates, a can of lager and a small bottle of sparkling wine, along with a card and birthday message from the hotel. I thought this was such a lovely thing to do. Megan deserves a special mention because she was extremely friendly and helpful during my stay.”

● Open“First time staying in a hostel, having issues renting at the moment in london. I have to say I really enjoyed my time staying here, very convenient. Easy to travel into central. Staff are really Friday. Chelsea and the other security guy, the African guy on Wednesday’s. Didn’t catch his name. Very helpful. I would definitely recommend this hostel to anyone staying for a short period of time..”

● Open“Lovely place! Our room was a good size, and had good amenities. Slept so well, comfy bed. The bath plug slowly let the water out, but I really enjoyed my stay here so still giving 5 stars as not a major issue. Reception staff lovely and welcoming, plus food arrived promptly and was tasty. Found free parking in a nearby street, so that was convenient. Would definitely recommend, and would happily stay there again if I am in the area. Thanks for a great stay!”

Yes it seems a little basic but the staff have always gone above and beyond and for a short stay with all facilities it really does help. Great little place with a range of facilities that make the stay easier. Also well located in ilford so easy access to the ilford, green lane and back to the A406 and A13 if needed. Would highly recommend as my stay was pleasantly surprising.”

● Open“I was so pleasantly surprised by what I got for the price I paid. The room was spacious and cleaned every single day. There was loads of choice for breakfast. The pool and sauna were so nice to pop down to at the end of a busy day. There’s a really nice restaurant 3 minutes away called Harlem Soul. It took us about 20 minutes by tube/bus to get into the centre of London. Definitely going to stay there again!”
